The first step is the development of a strategic HR plan, a series of data that
serve as a guide for the elaboration of the action in the organization. He must
contain strategies for the company to grow. Therefore, make an assessment of
the work environment and your current situation, flat goals, objectives and do
not forget to establish behaviors to achieve them.
You must establish standard procedures for hiring staff. Define the criteria to
take into account when recruiting and selecting professionals. Verify that the
