How has the journey been for you since
the release of ‘Be a Network Marketing
Millionaire’?
My life has expanded in so many ways since the
launch of the book - Be a Network Marketing
Millionaire. It’s just incredible. Lot of new things
have emerged in my life after this book.
- This book has multiplied the impact I have on
people. My life mission is to empower people to
fulfill their dreams. I have been doing it
successfully for more than 11 years but this book
has reached places in 11 weeks where I could not
reach in 11 years. I am getting gratitude messages
from people I have never met and from places
where I have never been. Through this book, I
have already reached to thousands of homes and
giving people hope, inspiration, tools and
strategies to fulfill their dreams and to be the best
they can be. I am thrilled at multiplication of my
impact and contribution this book has been giving
in making my mission a reality.

in the field of Network Marketing but this book has
further added to my credibility and has established
me as the leading Network Marketing & Direct
Selling Expert in India.

What is your fitness mantra?
Make health your top most priority. Staying fit is
key to success. I start my day with 90 mintues of
workout. I do any one daily - gym, cycling,
swimming or running. Though I indulge at times
but most of the time I stick to a healthy diet. More
than what it does to your body, the impact of
workout on your mood and brain is unparalleled. It
puts you in a winning state of mind and prepares
you to be your best.
What was your work schedule like when
you're writing?
This book has been on my mind for more than five-
six years, But I started writing it in October 2016
and it took me one and half year to complete it. I
had written on and off during this period. But four
months before publishing I was totally devoted to
completing it. After initial manuscript was ready, I
had devoted at least 10 hours a day, everyday for
four months to bring out this book in its current
form. I woke up at 5.30 am every single day and
was on my desk at 6 am to begin writing, editing,
rewriting and giving it all I had got. Me and my
editorial team have done 10 revisions in the book
before its release. Hindi translation was also a
challenge because we wanted to launch both
English and Hindi edition on the same day. We
worked with two translators, both were good but it
was not what I wanted to give my readers. Then I
learnt Hindi typing and worked on it for 14-16
hours a day for another three weeks and brought
out the desired Hindi Edition also.
How has your family adapted to your new
found authorship?
My family is my biggest support. In fact my family
was waiting more for the book than me. They are
happier than me about this book. All are loving
this feeling of having a bestselling author at
home. It’s immense joy to see that your family is
even more proud of you.
Share with us your journey of getting your
first book published.
As my book neared completion, I started my
research on finding the best publisher. I spoke to
many people. This is my first book and I had no
clue about publishing. Through a google search I
found about a publisher based in Gurgaon –
Invincible Publishers and I went for a meeting. The
owner of the publishing house – Mr. Ajay Setia
guided me on all aspects of publishing. I was
impressed by his transparency and in-depth
understanding of his work. After my due diligence,
I finialized Invincible as my publisher and this was
one of the best decisions of my life.
I am new to book publishing and I am a
perfectionist. I also ask a lot of questions. It’s very
difficult to work with people like me but team at
Invincible gave me incredible support. They did
much more for me than what they had committed.
They did endless iterations, long working hours,
invaluable inputs and everything possible to make
this book whatever it is today.
Who or what has been the greatest
teacher in your life that has inspired you
the most?
My life has been my greatest teacher. I am always
hungry for growth and for learning new things. This
quest to become better has taught me the best
lessons of life. I am a great admirer of Mahatma
Gandhi, Swami Vivekananda, Tony Robbins,
Nelson Mandela among many others.
Who or what has been your biggest
support system since you started this
journey?
My family has been my biggest support system all
through my journey. My wife, Dr. Tanima always
told me with deepest faith that my life will
transform forever with this book and I must hurry
up to publish it. My brother Gaurav, did extra effort
at managing our business so that I can be free to
devote my time on writing. My mom is my role
model. My kids used to ask me everyday how
much I had finished. My sister Divya has always
stood by me. My family is my world and they are
my pillars of strength.
What are your views about future of
Network Marketing/Direct Selling in India
As per a KPMG & FICCI report titled – Direct 2016
- The contribution of Direct Selling to building
India: this industry has already started contributing
significantly towards major government projects
like – Make in India, Start Up India, Skill India,
Digital India and Women Empowerment. A recent
report by FICCI-KPMG projected that the retail
sales in Direct Selling/Network Marketing in India
could reach Rs. 64,500 crore by 2025 and provide
self-employment opportunities to 1.8 crore Indians,
60% of which are women. Golden period of
Network Marketing is just starting in India.
I am always hungry for
growth and for learning
new things.
What is so special about this book that has

few weeks?
Living in this beautiful world of Network Marketing
for more than 11 years, I realized many people
who come to this business actually leave the
business without much success due to lack of
proper guidance. There are books available for
making someone a doctor, engineer, lawyer or CA
but there is no such proven and practical
guidebook available for creating successful
network marketers. I have written this book to
empower people to be successful in this amazing
business.
This book has got 11 years of wisdom, tools,
techniques and strategies that has already given
desired results to thousands of people. This book
will work for every person irrespective of their
company, product line, income plan, place,
education, background, age, etc.

they all cover only one or two aspects of it. What

• Be patient. It’s a business and it will take time.
• It’s a daily business. Be committed to devote time daily
for it.
• Be a student and learn the right techniques and
strategies of the business.
• Work with the right mentors. It’s most important to work
with people who have proved what they are saying.
• If you are really serious then read and implement the

My life mission and fundamental role is to

and better. I do this through my workshops,
trainings, speeches and books.
I conduct training programs and workshops on a
variety of subjects like – success, selling, network
marketing, leadership, parenting, team dynamics
etc. I am a motivational speaker and deliver
keynote addresses on variety of subjects in
colleges, corporates, government organisation and
several other forums. I am an entrepreneurship
consultant who help people become successful
entrepreneurs and take existing entrepreneurs to
next levels of success. I am also a life coach and
coach people on career, relationships, fitness and
holistic growth. I had co-founded Multipliers in
2007 which is one of its kind school of Network
Marketing in India where we empower people to be
successful network marketers.
I am always looking for opportunities to empower
people and looking forward to expanding my reach
worldwide through my books, videos and blogs. My
life mission to impact and empower 1 million lives
by 2020. With this book and lot of other things
coming up in few weeks, it appears I will be able to
reach this milestone much earlier
I am a marathon runner and adventure sports
freak. I love travelling and have already been to 25
countries. I love to read and have an ever growing
library.
