must adapt changes in order to keep abreast with the fast changing society. The

students of today to become catalyst of the future. Teachers must see the

collaborate and engage in collaborative learning in order to leverage ourselves to
our learners learning style. The risk taker, effective teacher takes risk towards
changes. We must be fluent to flow smoothly in the current trends. The learner,
teacher is always a lifelong learner in which we are voluntary search for learning.
Same as the students, we motivate and minds set every student to discover and
learn in their own ways. The communicator, as the fast track of 21st century,
teachers must be good in communication skills in which it offer new dimension of
learning setting. It allow student to be more expressive and have strong
competencies. With the help of technology, teachers must use media to
communicate well in the learning progress of the students. The model; teachers
being the influential person in every child’s life must be a model in every deed and
actions. What we do and say reflect on the behaviour of the students. We must be
keen and observant of our behaviour in which every young mind follow are example.
The leader, as a teacher we are a leader in which we act by leading them in right
way to enhance their skills and knowledge. Above all, the 21st century is much more
challenging. Teachers must possess all the skills and be competent enough to
