SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY

Every research study has significance to the people, the society, the country and

the world. The generalization of this present would be a great contribution to the vast

knowledge in relation to student’s achievements. With the increasing necessity of

workload of professionals taken medical related courses in Balanga City, Bataan, this

study will be a significant endeavor in promoting methods of reflective and practical

application in relation to workload that are not only beneficial in professionals taken

medical related courses but highly sufficient and useful as well. Thus, the findings and

implications of this study will unsound to the benefit of the beneficiaries. Vital results of

this investigation could be highly significant and beneficial specifically to the following:

Medical Professionals. Most health professionals employ staff, rent or buy office

space, pay contractors for repairs and generally improve their patient’s health. Medicine

bridges the gap between science and society. Indeed, the application of scientific

knowledge to human health is a crucial aspect of clinical practice. Medical professionals

are one important agent through which that scientific understanding is expressed.

Medicine concerns the experiences, findings and interpretations of human beings in often

extraordinary moments of fears, anxiety and doubt.

Patients. Every physician without exception should be both technically excellent

and practice with compassionate care. However, the technical advances in medicine are

beneficial to patients. No one who is ill should have suffer the indignity of a technically

competent but uncaring doctor, nurse or other staff member. Good medical practice has

been captured in the phase “the art of medicine’, which combines both scientific technical

knowledge with humanism defined as the physicians’ interest and respect for the patient

as a person expecting illness.

Society. Medical professionals save lives but their importance goes far beyond

that. Medical professionals also make a difference by helping patients minimize pain,

recover from a disease faster or learn to live with a disabling injury. A patient’s ability to

enjoy life, even if they can’t be cured makes a huge difference to them and their families.

If they can go back to work after an illness, that benefits their employer too. And that’s

only part of what makes medical professionals important to society.

Hospitals. Public and Private hospitals are currently and mainly considered a

major part of the healthcare system, on which all the processes of care delivery depend.

They have the potential to provide substantial benefits to healthcare professionals,

patients and healthcare organizations. There is something inherently noble about helping

people when they need help the most, careers in healthcare and medicine present the

perfect opportunities for people that want to offer that help.

Other Future Researchers. This study sense to invite and to call the attention of

other future researchers to conduct continued study and experiments on other possible

applications of medical related professionals in terms of workload. This will also be

giving insights into the development and improvement of the reflective and practical

application in relation to workload. By this study, the ideas presented may be used as

reference data in conducting new researches or in testing the validity of other related

findings. This study will also serve as their cross-reference that will give them a

background or an overview of the predictors of findings in struggles in workload of

medical related professionals.
