PROPOSAL FOR EXHAUST SYSTEM SERVICING

AT ROYAL TULIP GUNUNG GEULIS

This proposal is of PT. DUTA EXCELLINDO UTAMA to provide for the service and
cleaning of the exhaust ducting system at ROYAL TULIP GUNUNG GEULIS.

KITCHEN

a. Destain and clean both interior and exterior of s/s exhaust hoods.
b. Clean and destain all existing grease filters.
c. Provide multiple access panels to enable cleaning of internal ductworks.
d. Degrease and decarbonise existing interior exhaust duckworks.
e. Repair minor corrosion if any not exceeding 0,5 x 0,5 meter
f. Anto corrosion treatment on all exiting interior duckworks.
g. Seal all possible leakage areas.
h. Clean and service one unit exiting exhaust fan.

TOTAL COST:

Cost Of Material : Rp. 5.625.000,-

Cost Of Man Power : Rp. 1.875.000,- +
TOTAL : Rp 7.500.000,-
PPN 10% : Rp 750.000,- +
GRAND TOTAL : Rp 8.250.000,-

TERMS AND CONDITION:

a. Availability : Two weeks from receipt of purchase order of work

order

b. Working hours: Off operational hours 21.00 PM – 05.00 AM

c. Duration of work : 1 – 2 nights

d. Man Power : 5 Men + 1 Supervisor + 1 Technical Manager

e. Guarantees : PT. Duta Excellindo Utama will guaranteed all job are
satisfactorily carried out, with full photographic report /
check list duty signed and verified by the duty
engineers.

f. Report / checklist : Photographic report /checklist, submitted by PT. Duta

Excellindo Utama shall signed by duty engineer to verify
work is done to the satisfaction of Royal Tulip Gunung
Geulis.

g. Terms of payment : Upon completion of every job.

PT. Duta Excellindo Utama will provide all the cleaning tools and equipment such as :

Equipment Used :
a. High pressure
b. Wet and dry pick up
c. Electric winch (for vertical ducts above 3 meters)
d. Majun etc

Chemical Used :
e. Degrease : Heavy degreasing and decorbonising agent
f. MPC : A multi purpose cleaner
g. Sparkle : Neutral-based detergent
h. P.S.I : Bitumen and rubberize sealer
i. Procoat : Anti corrosion coating
