I. Objectives At the end of the lesson, the students should be able to:
a. Distinguish the unique features of one communication process from one another;
b. Explain why there is a breakdown of communication;
c. Apply strategies in overcoming communication breakdowns;
d. Practice effective verbal and nonverbal communication during social interactions; and
e. Evaluate the effectiveness of oral communication;
