CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT BY AND BETWEEN

1. EMPLOYMENT
12 August 2019
The Employee is employed as a delivery courier as of [date] __________________.
2. PLACE OF WORK
The Employee’s place of work shall be within the area where the Company provides deliveries
in trondheim with point of contact at Kongens gate 64, 7012 . Trondheim
3. THE EMPLOYEE’S DUTIES
The position as a delivery courier includes delivering food in defined areas of
trondheim by
bicycle. The food shall be brought from the partner restaurant to the customer within a certain time
frame with a high level of service. The Employee shall always have a polite conduct and a neat
appearance. The Employee shall take all necessary precautions and behave predictably and carefully in
traffic, so that no harm or disturbance may be inflicted on others in traffic. Cycling on sidewalks shall be
avoided in general, and may only be done when it is free of pedestrians. It is the Employee’s responsibility
to know, understand and obey the local traffic laws. The employee shall keep all safety equipment in
good working order and use it properly, and shall use a helmet during working hours. The Employee is
obliged to carry out the duties that are or will be assigned to the Employee’s position and that fall
naturally within the scope of the position. The Employee reports to the Head of Operations or to the
person reporting to him.
4. EQUIPMENT
The Employee shall use his or her own bicycle, mobile phone and personal computer. It is the Employee’s
responsibility that the bicycle meets all legal safety requirements, including, but not limited to, two
working brakes, adequate lights and reflexes, bell and tires with proper grip. Suitable tires shall be used
for winter conditions (eg. studded winter tires).
The Company will provide an uniform and necessary equipment for food delivery. Equipment provided
by the Company shall be kept and returned in good condition. During work hours the Employee shall use
the equipment provided by the Company in accordance with the instructions provided by the Company
as described in the Employee Handbook.
5. WORKING HOURS
The Employee shall work minimum 10 hours per week. The working hours consist of shifts within the
Company’s opening hours between 11:00 to 23:00, no longer than 7 hours per shift. If the shifts last
longer than five and a half hours, the Employee shall have at least one break, in accordance with the
Norwegian Work Environment Act.
The employee shall apply for shifts according to the defined procedures. These procedures are subject to
change and it is The Employee’s responsibility to always keep updated on the current procedure. The
Employee shall be punctual for work and all necessary equipment shall be ready when each shift begins.
If The Employee fails to do so, it may be counted as a No Show. If necessary, the Employer may call the
Employee to work outside the schedule. In such event the Employee has a right to say no to these shifts.
6. SALARY
The salary shall be NOK 120 per hour, with an additional payment of NOK 15 per order on weekdays
(Monday to Friday), NOK 20 per order on Saturdays and NOK 25 per order on Sundays. Delivery of
equipment and materials from the Company to a restaurant shall be compensated with NOK 15 per
delivery. The salary is paid on the 9th of each month.

7. DEDUCTIONS IN SALARY
Deductions from salary may be made only in so far as they are permitted by the Work Environment Act §
14-15 (2).
8. INSURANCE
The Employee shall be covered by the insurance schemes offered by the Company at any given time.
9. ILLNESS – SICK PAY
The Employee shall report any absence due to illness without undue delay. The right to self-certified sick
leave and potential limitations in this right follows from the Norwegian Social Security Act. The
Employee is entitled to sick pay and parental benefits in accordance with the prevailing Company
regulations and any applicable mandatory legislation. Sick pay is calculated based on the Employee’s
average hourly rate of the three (3) months that preceded the sickness absence.
10. HOLIDAY AND HOLIDAY PAY
The right to holiday and holiday pay is in accordance with the Norwegian Holiday Act.
11. CONFIDENTIALITY
The Employee is obliged both during the period of employment and after termination of the employment,
to observe complete confidentiality in relation to third parties about any business or company secrets
that might have come to the Employee's attention during the Employee’s work. The confidentiality
clause also applies to information regarding the Company’s other Employees and advisors unless such
information is necessary for the Employee’s work or assignment for the Company. This clause shall not
inhibit the best possible cooperation between employees in the Company’s interest. The Employee
acknowledges that any breach of confidentiality during his or her employment or at any time thereafter
may lead to liability and may constitute grounds for dismissal and/or render the Employee liable to legal
action. At termination of the contract, the Employee shall upon request sign a statement declaring not to
be in possession of any of the Company’s documents or copies of such documents, data files, discs, etc.
The Employee has no right to retain such property as security for potential claims the Employee may
have against the Company. The above-identified provisions shall not preclude that the Employee, having
left the Company, may make use of any general knowledge and experience of a technical or
business-related nature acquired by the Employee during the employment.
12. TERMINATION – PROBATIONARY PERIOD
The probationary period shall be 6 months. During the probationary period, the mutual period of notice
is 14 days, calculated as from the date on which the notice is given. If the Employee has been absent from
work during the probationary period, the Company may extend the agreed probationary period by a
period corresponding to the duration of such absence. The Company shall in such a case inform the
Employee in writing of such an extension prior to the expiry of the probationary period. After the
probationary period the mutual notice is one (1) month. The period of notice shall start to run on the first
day of the calendar month immediately following the date upon which notice was given.
13. DISPUTES
The Parties shall seek to resolve any dispute regarding the interpretation of clauses of the Agreement
primarily through negotiations. The agreement shall be governed by the Norwegian Work Environment
Act
