 Leukemia is a kind of cancer that is
found within the blood. More
specifically, leukemia occurs in the
body’s blood forming tissues and
even in the lymphatic system.

Definition Cancer is usually referred to as an

uncontrolled division of cells, and in
the context of leukemia, this would
be the uncontrolled division of
poorly functioning white blood cells.
