their employees to think critically and innovate that will contribute to the success of the business. It stimulates
empowerment, participation, and motivation in the work environment. Herewith, proper management techniques with
the consideration of the people and production are imposed and followed to train managers and leaders to move toward
an ideal style of behavior. In Figure 1, the hierarchal structure of leadership management is shown.

The following are the managing techniques and leadership styles of different managers towards their subordinates
in certain functions:
Service Quality Manager. It ensures the gold standard quality of services provided to the customers.
Key Responsibility Area

Service Crew Leader. It is the assistant of the manager and the one who stand as a leader of the designated station.
Service Crew Trainers. They are the key people who train newly hired service crew in their designated work station
(counter or dining).
Service Crew. It is categorized as front liner crew, counter person or the cashier, and dining personnel who assists
the needs of the customers.
Business Channel Manager. It ensures that the store will meet the target sales.

Business Channel Crew Leader. It is the assistant of the manager and the one who stand as a leader of the
designated station.

Smart Crew. It is tasked to promote and sell Jollibee Novelty Items (Jollibee Umbrella, Happy Plus Cards, Hoodie
Towel, Jollibee Tumblers, etc.). They are the key people in handling Jollibee Kids Party (act as host, and assistants)
and promotes Funday with different themes ones a month to help increase the sales. Also, they encourage other
business to have their meetings at Jollibee and paid space rent at the same time consuming their payments for
food.
Jollibee Express Delivery Service Manager. It ensures that all the products delivered from the store to the customers will
be in gold quality standard. In addition, it manages the connection between the call center and the JEDS-OOT (outside
order taker crew) and ensure that the assigned rider will deliver the products on time.

JEDS Crew Leader. It is the assistant of the manager, the one who stand as a leader of the designated station, and
check the completeness of the products going out for delivery at the same time monitoring the time of arrival of
the riders.
JEDS Crew Trainers. They are the key people who train newly hired JEDS-OOT crew in their designated work
station.
JEDS-OOT Crew. It is tasked to accept orders from the outside customers forwarded by the call center and
assembles the products ordered before submitting to Crew Leader for checking. They are key people in handling
Jollibee Kids Party (act as host, and assistants) and promotes Funday with different themes ones a month to help
increase the sales. Additionally, they encourage other business to have their meetings at Jollibee and paid space
rent at the same time consuming their payments for food.
Crew Learning Manager. It ensures that the newly hired people will have their designated work station assignment,
facilitates the learning of the crew to operate a station following the standard procedures and applying the values and
goals of the company. They are the one who rate and certified the crew regarding to their performance.

Restaurant Manager. It ensures all the happenings within the store leads all the manager.
