Working Hours: Mon to Friday

Reports to: Fundraising Regional Manager
Location: Pune

As a fundraiser with Home India, you will have the opportunity to work with charities and make a

Key responsibilities:

 Engage and create awareness about the charity you are representing with members of the
public
 To professionally represent the charity
 Achieve agreed upon performance targets
 Face To Face Donor Recruitment

Basic Qualifications:

 Bachelor degree graduate preferred

 Fresher’s are welcome
 Good communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation:

 Fixed monthly salary : (Rs 2,60,000 –Rs 3,20,000 PA), based on experience and designation
 Weekly performance bonus
 Monthly and quarterly recognition
