Latest Version 1.8.80.24 Added HPIA Version 3.5.27.1 in the tool which adds UWP
detection support. Also added HPIA return codes so we know why it fails, if it
fails to complete successfully.

Latest Version 1.8.80.23 Added support to check for Scheduled Tasks in section
[Scheduled Tasks Report]. There is also a more detailed Scheduled Tasks HTML
report that is part of the cab file as ScheduledTaskINfo.html as well. To view the
HTML file, make sure you also extract the Custom.css file (cascading style sheet)
from the cab file as it will make it much easier to read.

Latest Version 1.8.80.22 Added support to check for Filter drivers in section
[Filter Driver Report]. Added better detection around HP factory images by
checking for a CTO.TXT and CTOHW.TXT file.

Latest Version 1.8.80.10 Updated the Speculation Control Settings script from
version 1.0.5 to 1.0.7 to address better reporting on AMD machines. Also updated
ImageDiags 1.x to no longer have a dependany on older versions of .NET 3.5 and
older. It now requires .NET 4.0, so it should run on Windows 10 clean installs out
of the box.
Addressed bug where when running SFC the log would not be collected and also would
be left behind on the client.

to bypass UltraSlim dock for systems where this is not installed and may crash on

routine for situations where it crashes randomly on some systems.

Lastest Version 1.8.61.0 Includes an updated MSDT, tighter integration with MSDT,
and ActiveHealth support, and some bugfixes.

running MER, and enhanced Intel ME logging.

Latest Version 1.8.56.0 Includes enhanced SMART error reporting on drives. It also
adds support to check the FW version on the Ultraslim docks and a minor improvement

in it. We also run MER if McAfee Endpoint Encryption is detected. If MER is run
the filesize of the CAB will be very large so HP will need to provide the customer
an HPRC dropbox in order to upload the cab file.

Updated MSDT. In some cases HP Softpaq Download Manager fails to run properly on
Elitepads. If you experience this please download HP Softpaq Download
Manager from www.hp.com/go/sdm and install it on your Elitepad. Once you install
it run it one time so it gets the catalog. After this it
should run correctly.

Latest version 1.8.49.0

This version adds a BiosConfigUtility log for stronger validation of F10 BIOS
settings and easier case duplication for customer issues.

This version adds better power management logging, and better F10 setting
reporting, and the next version of Softpaq Download Manager.

System Requirements:
- Must have .net 2.0 or later installed to run ImageDiags.exe
- Must have .net 3.5 or later installed to obtain SoftpaqDownloadManager results
- ImageDiags.exe requires Administrator rights and will prompt for Administrator
rights or you can start it from a Command Prompt that already has Administrator
rights
- For SoftPaq Download Manager results, you must be connected to the internet with
access to ftp.

Notes:
- Look for the cab file that contains the log named IDR_serialnumber.cab in the
same directory you ran the ImageDiags.exe program from or it
may be created on the Windows Desktop if running it from an email attachment.
- ImageDiags now saves old log/cab files. If you run ImageDiags several times on
the same system, the new log files will be named
IDR_serialnumber_1.cab, IDR_serialnumber_2.cab ...
- If you don't want SoftPaq Download Manager (SDM) results, use 'ImageDiags -nosdm'
to bypass SDM
- It takes about five minutes to run ImageDiags when including the SoftPaq Download
Manager results

- The system that ImageDiags is running on is either an HP Consumer system or
a third party system that SoftpaqDownloadManager doesn't have the details about.

Newer SoftpaqDownloadManager tool available, please ask for the latest version of
ImageDiags.exe
- There is a new version of SoftpaqDownloadManager released, so you need to
ask for a newer version of ImageDiags.

Summary of SoftPaqDownloadManager results had a problem, you may need to reboot and
re-run ImageDiags
- CASL/HP Software Framework was updated to a newer version and the system
probably needs to be rebooted for Softpaq Download Manager to run properly.

Copying SoftPaqDownloadManager results had a problem

- ImageDiags couldn't find the Softpaq Download Manager results log file.

Removing SoftPaqDownloadManager files had a problem

- There was a problem deleting the Softpaq Download Manager program files
after Softpaq Download Manager has been run.
