Event Description

What Happened A foremen and rigger performed lifting of Liebherr’s track at laydown area inpit
RL90, using crane 200 ton. When the track has lowered to the ground, that foreman
released the rigging. While doing the second rigging, all of sudden, the track
shoe moved by itself, that made his index finger pinched between track shoe.

After having examination by medical doctor in a hospital, and based on X-ray

result, the tip of index finger and middle finger were cracked

Immediate Actions - Evacuate the victims to Fisrt Aid Room
