I. CALL TO ORDER

… The SMC Chorale Mayor called a meeting to order on November

14, 2012 at 4:00pm recorded the minutes. A quorum of officers was present, and the
meaning, having been duly convened, was ready to proceed with business.

IV. TOPICS AND DISCUSSION

 Schedule for practices

  Tuesday and Friday (4:00-5:00pm) activity period and
Wednesday and Saturday.
 Schedule for practices which are approved by the
moderator and majority of members.
 Prior to the activities, there should be practices
happened.
 Activities for the month of November
Wednesday Masses (Nov. 14, 21, 28)
 All members of SMC Chorale are obliged to attend
the said masses every 11:00am at the chapel and
sing the intended songs. Wear the prescribed uniform
or the corporate attire.
 Ecumenical Peace Pole Prayer
 There will be a prayer for peace thet will be held at
the St. Micheal’s Quadrangle, and in the said event
the SMC Chorale members will sing the intended
songs for it.

IV. TOPICS AND DISCUSSION

  First Friday Mass (Dec. 7, 2012)
 The mass will start at 9:00am at the St. Michael’s
Cathedral. Members should participate and attend the
mass since the Vp-Admistration declared that this time
has no class.

 Wednesday Mass (Dec. 5 and 12)

 Members of SMC Chorale especially who doesn’t have
class are obliged to attend the mass at exactly 11:00am.

 Feast of immaculate Conception (Dec. 8)

 The members of SMC Chorale should attend the
“prosisyon” to celebrate the Immaculate Conception at
exactly 4:00am will start and followed by mass at the
Basic Education Department.

 KASAULOGAN (Dec. 14)

 The SMC Chorale members were obliged to attend the
said mass because it has no class. And it is the opening
of the INDIGAY 2012 and the mass the motorcade of
each college as well as the faculties and the sisters will
follow.

 Simbang Gabi Sponsorship (Dec. 17)

 At exactly 7:00pm at the St. Michael’s Cathedral and
there it is a must to attend the mass.

 Alumni Thanksgiving mass (Dec. 28)

 Before starting their day of alumni’s, there is a mass that
was attended by different batch at the chapel at 8:00am
in the morning.

 The mass will start at 9:00am at the St. Michael’s
Cathedral. Members should participate and attend the

 Members of SMC Chorale especially who doesn’t have
class are obliged to attend the mass at exactly 11:00am.

 Ash Wednesday (Feb. 13)

 The mass will start at 9:00am at the St. Michael’s
Cathedral. The SMC Chorale members must attend the
said mass.

 Via Crucis (Way of the cross)

 The members of SMC Chorale should attend the said
activity; it is implemented every Friday 4:00pm activity
period. The Via Crucis started after the Ash Wednesday
mass. The SMC Chorale does their part and sing a
particular song.

 Triduum Masses- Baptismal Anniv. MIDES (28-March 2)

 The SMC Chorale members were obliged to attend the
said mass because it has no class.

IV. TOPICS AND DISCUSSION

Cathedral. Members should participate and attend the

 Wednesday Mass (March 6 and 13)

 Members of SMC Chorale especially who doesn’t have
class are obliged to attend the mass at exactly 11:00am.

 Confirmation
 Each of us has to undergo to confirmation by the Bishop.
The SMC Chorale is assigned to sing the said mass and
become more harmonious.

 Pining for nursing students

 The SMC Choral members should attend the mass and
sing the song intended for the occasion at the St.
Michael’s College (BED) ate 2:00pm.

 Recognition
 There is a must to attend the celebration to sing the
National Anthem since there is no class already. It will be
done at the SMC Gymnasium.

 Baccalaureate Mass
 The first part of the program is the mass and expected
that all members of SMC Chorale should attend the said
celebration.
