SY. 2014 - 2015

I. Student Development
A. Had provided activities for students to develop their skills in manipulating
computers.
B. Had required students to use multimedia presentation in their class reports
C. Had evaluated students’ abilities, knowledge and skills through oral and written
examination.
D. Had guided students to develop good moral values and good study habits.
E. Had coached students for sports competitions.

II. Curriculum Development


A. Had constructed and asked different levels of questions.
B. Had evaluated students’ abilities, knowledge and skills through quizzes, giving
homework or assignment, project making, hands on and periodical tests.
C. Had used different techniques or strategies that suit the students’ level of
understanding in teaching.
D. Had constructed effective test questions and administered examinations.
E. Had implemented SEC and K-12 programs and activities.
F. Had used modules and other reading materials to enrich teaching competencies.

III. Staff Development


A. Had attended and participated in the different trainings & seminar workshops.
B. Had regularly attended and participated in the PTA and faculty meetings.
C. Had attended the BSP Provincial Encampment
D. Had been a Technical Official in Sepak Takraw, Area and Division level
E. Had been a chairman in different working committee for several times.
F. Had performed my duties and responsibility as a teacher.

IV. Physical Development


A. Had build and clean gulayan sa paaralan
B. Had supervised the students in planting different kinds of vegetables.
C. Had procured cleaning materials such as; soft brooms and midrib brooms.
D. Had maintained the cleanliness of the classroom and its surroundings.
E. Had repaired the printers, computers and sound system of the school.
F. Had painted the Bulletin Boards
G. Had solicited one (1) Orbit Fan for the computer room
H. Had maintained the perimeter fence of the gulayan sa paaralan
I. Had fixed some dilapidating student’s chairs.

V. SOCIO – ECONOMIC & CULTURAL DEVELOPMENT:


A. Had actively participated in school program and activities.
B. Had participated in the town and barangay fiestas’
C. Had maintained healthy and friendly relationships in the family school, church and
in the community as a whole.

I. STAFF DEVELOPMENT
1. Had attended the school conference regularly.
2. Had attended, participated the 47th Foundation, Valentine’s Day Celebration
and Get Together Party
3. Had been a chairman in different working committee for several times.

II. STUDENT DEVELOPMENT


1. Encourage students to participate in the extra- activities.
2. Evaluate student’s performance through quizzes, recitations, hands - on and
projects.
3. Had provided activities for students to develop their skills in manipulating computers.
4. Had required students to use multimedia presentation in their class reports
5. Had evaluated student’s knowledge, skills and abilities related to computer subject
.

III. CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT


1. Had used modules and other reading materials to enrich teaching

competencies.
2. Group and individual work were emphasized to facilitate, teaching and
learning.
3. Had constructed effective test questions and administered examinations.
4. Had administered Third Periodical Examination and Post Test.

IV. SOCIO ECONOMICS AND CULTURAL DEVELOPMENT


1. Re-enforce Clean and Green Program.
2. Had attended parties and other special occasions.
3. Had maintained healthy and friendly relationships in the family school, church and in
the community as a whole.

V. PHYSICAL FACILITIES AND DEVELOPMENT


1. Had painted the Bulletin Boards

2. Had solicited one (1) Orbit Fan for the computer room

3. Had maintained the fence of the gulayan sa paaralan


4. Had fixed some dilapidating student’s chairs.

5. Had maintained cutting grasses in the campus.

school buildings
