INTRODUCTION

MedisafeConnect™ is a web-based customer portal that provides our valued customers with the most
convenient gateway to every business transactions.

With the customer login account, you can gain access to the following features:

1. Submit new order


2. Track existing order status
3. View order history

We hope you have an enjoyable experience with MedisafeConnect™.

SUBMIT NEW ORDERS

MedisafeConnect™ allows you to submit your new order without hassle.


Here are two simple ways you can do so.

1. Upload new order


- Simply choose a Product Order document(s) you have created and submit to our portal

The file format of Product Order document(s) can be pdf / jpg / png /doc / xls
with a size limitation of 10MB each.

2. Create new order


- You can also create a new order with our concise Product Order form that’s pre-loaded
with a list of brands and specifications for your easy selection

You can select your existing brand or create new brand

In case of new brand, please select the classification: Industrial / Medical / Surgical

as per your requirement

(i) In case of existing


artwork, the details will
automatically populate
(ii) In case of new brand,
please specify and fill the
details in the columns
shown in the picture above

Your order(s) can be


previewed and then be eligible
for submission. You can also
edit your order, if required

You can add another brand


to this PO and preview for
submission

If you wish to remove the


inserted Brand, this can be
done easily by clicking the
tab shown in the picture

You can easily edit your data


by a click of a button without
having to scroll back to the
previous page

Once you have completed


your order selection, please
ensure to hit the “Submit”
button and make us and
yourself happy

You can add another brand in


this PO and then can preview
the same for submission

SUBMIT NEW ORDERS

To make sure we have received your Order(s), an alert box will appear (as shown in the picture below) with
the message “File(s) uploaded successfully”.

Just click “OK” and your order will be ready for processing.
Please allow 1 – 2 business days for our friendly sales representatives to contact you for final confirmation.

EXISTING ORDER STATUS

With MedisafeConnect™ you do not have to worry about losing track of your new order(s).
They are just one click away. Our customers can now:

1. Check the status of the pending order(s) submitted


- All the pending shipment information is shown in an organized format based on the
parameter you selected to help you to trace your order(s) conveniently

The order(s) status can be checked by selecting any of the four options given.

The details of your order(s) would be shown to you based on your selection in the above parameters column.
By clicking “View” you can track real time progress of your order(s) as shown in the picture below.

2. Track the pending order(s) with our real-time progress status bar
- There are 7 standard Medisafe process on new orders: Order placed >> PI signed >> Artwork
Approved >> Production Queue >> Under Production >> Inspection & Packing >> Dispatched

You can always go back to Order list to view the status of your other orders.

PENDING PI(s)

The “pro forma invoice” (PI) is a document that states our commitment
to deliver your orders for a specific price. MedisafeConnect™ gives you
several options under the PI Approval column as you take action on your
pending orders.

Clicking “Preview” will open the PI of the selected order.

Once you click “Appove”, you will be prompted by an alert box


notifying you that your PI has been approved. Just click OK to
confirm and close the box.

PENDING PI(s)

If you select “Don’t Approve”, a resizable drop-down box has been provided for your questions and
concerns about the order. Once you’re done composing your message, just click “OK” to send it.

Our responsive sales representatives will get back to you with an answer or a revised PI
within 1 - 2 business days.

ORDER HISTORY

At Medisafe, we archive all your orders, so it is easy for you to refer back at your own convenience.

By selecting both “Brand /Product” and “Summary Period”, you can view your past order(s) details within
the last 30 days or 6 / 12 months.

With this option you can view your past order(s) by selecting either “Brand” or “BL Date”

We have pre-loaded various documents for your viewing selection

In this tab all your previous order(s) details will be visible and you can open your document by
selecting the multiple options available in the drop down menu

RESET YOUR PASSWORD

Upon the issuance of your Username and Password via email, you can also change your password* at any
time by navigating to the Reset Password option from the top menu bar from any MedisafeConnect™ page.

You will be asked to type in your old password once and your new password twice in the boxes provided.
To save the change in password, just click on Change. An alert box will appear once you have successfully
changed your password.

*As with any confidential information, please restrict sharing your password otherwise you may compromise the integrity of your account.
