Other relevant issues discussed:

 Department vision, Mission and Program Education Objectives (PEOS) was
discussed in the meeting.
 All the students are having attendance above 75%
 Syllabus for CAT I cover 2 - 2 ½ in all the theory courses
 Access to drinking Water is not available in the 7 th floor and it is informed to the
students to that water can will be made available.
 Students were informed that this semester BEC exams will be conducted along
with the written communication
