GENERAL GUIDELINES

 All authors should prepare their abstarcts for the Conference to processed for review.
 Selected abstract’s authors should prepare their fullpapers for the Conference, since the Conference is
having collaboration to publish selected papers to several DOAJ Indexed Journal.
 Manuscripts should original and have not been accepted for publication or even published elsewhere.
Papers considered are Research Articles and Case Reports. Fullpapers can contain a result of primary
research, secondary data analyses, unique protocol of the study, or a rare and/or difficult case
series/single case report.
 All abstracts and fullpapers must be submitted online through the Conference’s official website
at conference.ypmic.or.id : INHRC 2018. Author should register to the Conference’s website, to be able
to submit an abstract or fullpaper and the abstract or fullpaper be processed for review.
 Fullpapers received by fax or post WILL NOT be accepted.
 Abstracts should be submitted through the online submission system no later than 31th August, 2018.
Full papers should be submitted through the online submission system no later than 30th September,
2018. The online submission system will be closed at 24:00 hours Midnight (GMT +8) on the closing
date.All Abstracts and Fullpapers submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

FULLPAPER Guidelines

 Fullpapers must be prepared exclusively in good English and should be thoroughly checked for spelling
and grammar. Fullpapers should be proofread prior to submission.
 Fullpaper is the original work of the author(s) and has not been previously published and that they have
not transferred elsewhere any rights to the article. Fullpapers previously submitted for publication or
submitted, accepted or presented at other meetings will not be accepted.
 They should be typed on one side of an A4 paper using size 12 in Arial font and justify, space exactly 24
pt,margin 4333 (top, left, button, right), no more than 10 pages, excluding figures, charts, tables and
references, number in all pages.
 Fullpapers should not engage in plagiarism or in self-plagiarism. If a presentation is later proven to
contain previously published materials or signs of plagiarism then appropriate sanctions will be
imposed against the author(s), such as prohibiting presentation at the next meeting.
 Paper submitted must obtain approval from related Ethics Committee (For study involving human and
animal subjects).
 A valid corresponding e- mail address of the main author must be submitted. The presenter should be
the author. The co-authors may represent the author in the presentation with written notification to
the Scientific Committee. Please be sure to use a valid, long-term e-mail address as it will be used for all
further communications (including acceptance/ rejection notifications) regarding your fullpaper.
 Only presenters of selected fullpapers who are fully registered and paid will have their abstracts
included in the final program book.
 The name of the author who will present the poster or oral presentation should be underlined.
 The type of presentation (oral or poster) choice selected during the submission process is a request
only. The accepted format is at the discretion of the Scientific Program Committee.
 References are advised not to exceed 25 in number but not less than 10. The references should use APA
6th Edition (American Psychological Association). Authors are recommended to use reference
management software, in writing the citations and references such as Mendeley®

Abstract FORMAT

Abstract format must include the following items:

1. Title: must contain with maximum 20 words.


2. Author(s)’s should include fullname of author(s) and their full affiliation(s) details. Author(s) should
be responsible for providing the correct name of the author and co-author(s). name should be written in
full and highlight the last name.

Example:

Word Count: should be limited to 250 words including subheadings.All abbreviations must be spelled
out on first use.

Structure of CASE REPORT ARTICLE: must include the subheading

 Objective – A brief statement of the purpose of the report and the current state of reports in the field
 Case Report – Reporting the Case Report
 Conclusion – A statement describing the significance of the case report and its implication for practic

Structure of ORIGINAL ARTICLE: must include the four subheading

 Introduction – A brief statement on the purpose of the study and the current state of research in the
field. Maximum 2 sentences
 Methods – The methods of study must be defined briefly and consist of at least, study design, subject,
data collection procedure, and data analyses.
 Results – A summary of the study results, including sufficient details to support the conclusions.
 Conclusion – A statement describing the significance of the work and its implications for further
research and/or public health.
FULLPAPER CONTENT FORMAT

The content of full papers should be organized as follows:

Research/Original article

1. Introduction (Consise, no more than 4 paragraph. Clearly state the background of the study, main
problem and the purpose of the study.)
2. Methods (State ethical clearance when required. Clearly explain the details of research methods and
the statistical analysis used in the study. Subheadings that aid clarity of data presentation are allowed.)
3. Results (Data should be presented in table or graphs. Avoid repetition of presenting similar data.)
4. Discussion (Clearly state the interpretation of the study results and the discussion of the other relevant
published data. Avoid the repetition of studies explained in the introduction.)
5. Conclusion (Avoid undue extrapolation of the finding of the study.)
6. Acknowledgment (Individuals with contribute in the study but not included in authorship may be
acknowledged. The source of financial support and industry affiliations of all those involved must be
stated.)
7. Conflict of Interest (Authors are required to disclose all sources of institutional, private and corporate
financial support for their study. Authors are also required to disclose any potential conflict of interest.
Any conflict of interest (or information specifying the absence of conflicts of interest) and the sources
of funding for the research will be published under a separate heading entitled “Conflict of Interest”.

8. References (Authors are encouraged to use journal articles published in the last 10 years as the primary
references. Articles older than 10 years should not exceed 10% of the articles in the references. Detailed
information for reference writing style for the manuscript, can be found in the International Committee
of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) Uniform Requirements for Manuscripts Submitted to Biomedical
Journals, available athttp://www.nlm.nih.gov/bsd/ uniform_requirements. html. It is the obligation of
the author to ensure that all references used are quoted accurately, correct and written according to
the guidelines. Each reference quoted should be numbered according to their appearance in the main
text of the paper using Arabic number (1,2,3,4, and so on) – superscript. The title of each journal quoted
should be abbreviated following the standardized abbreviations, which can be found
athttp:// www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/journals.Comprehensive referencing of recent articles related to the
manuscript is compulsory. )
9. Figure and Tables (Each table and figure and its title should be presented in text of the fullpapers,
numbered in Arabic numerals indicating their appearance in the text. The following information should
be provided for each figure: Figure number (using Arabic numerals); short title of the figure (maximum
15 words); detailed legend, up to 300 words. Captions included should be brief, clearly indicating the
purpose or content of each table/figure. Notes should be provided to each table, identifying
all abbreviations used in alphabetical order.

ORAL PRESENTATION Guidelines

BEFORE THE CONFERENCE


1. Please register and complete the payment.
2. Please note that only presenters who have registered and did the payment who will be listed on
the Conference Program Book and Abstract Book.
3. The official language of the conference is ENGLISH
4. The allocated time for presentation file is 7 minutes (panel presentation) and 3 minutes for Q &
A at the end of the session
5. Please upload your presentation file to our website in portable document format: (.pdf) and
power point format: (.ppt or .pptx), not more than 8 (eight) slides (maximum file size: 2MB).
6. The power point slides may include Introduction, Objectives, Methodology, Results and
Conclusion.
7. Details on oral presentation schedule will be published later.

DURING THE CONFERENCE


1. Each meeting room will be equipped with a notebook and a LCD Projector. Please
useconference notebook rather than your personal notebook.
2. Please prepare your backup copy in a flash disk or a CD.
3. Please arrive at your session room in 10 minutes before your session is started.
