1 Welcoming Speech
1.1 The chairperson thanked all the teachers who attended the meeting.
1.2 She hoped that activities planned by this year will be carried out
successfully.
2 Review of the English language result 2018 (form 3,4 and 5)

3 English Panel PCG budget 2018
3.1 50% expenditure by May 2018
3.2 30% expenditure after May 2018

4 SKPMG2
4.1 audit of SKPMG2 at anytime.
4.2 all files should be kept and organized in a file. All members
4.3 the usage of Frog VLE is encouraged.

5. Daily Lesson Plan

5.1 to be submitted weekly to GK Bahasa –Pn. Saimah and to
PK Pentadbiran YM Raja Yusoff at the end of the month. All English Teachers

6. Observation and checking of exercise books

6.1 Teachers have to be well-prepared everyday because they
will not be informed about the date and time of observation.
6.2 Teachers cannot sit and conduct their lesson.
6.4 Hand in 5 exercise books and workbooks for checking
according to the “Takwim”.
7 Program Peningkatan
7.1 Tuition Excellence programme is to be continued. Tuition
scheduled for Form 4’s in August and form 3’s in July.
 Modules will be prepared.
7.2 Teknik Menjawab Soalan, Galus and Intervension Programmes are
to be carried out as usual.
7.3 Emphasis on the quantities of “Gagal” to “Lulus” and the
qualities of A’s.
7.4 Majlis Akurjanji - SMI target passes of 95%

8 Pupils’ Exercise Books / Workbooks

8.1 to be handed for checking according to the schedule in
Takwim. All English teachers
8.2 Form 3 – 5 at least 2 essays and 2 summaries in a month.

9 Others
9.1 Bulan Bahasa programmes All English teachers
