4. CONCLUTION

That in the Tender process of Spare Parts procurement, a good management process is
needed because the stages are quite long in accordance with the operational standard Tender
procedures, involving many parties both internal and external, high amount of financial value,
and ensures that the implementation of Spare Parts supply is in accordance with safety
standards, health and the environment. So that in carrying out the fulfilment of the availability
of Spare Parts to support the company's operations in accordance with the company's
objectives in a transparent, effective and efficient manner so that in its implementation it can
be accounted for in every process and is always recorded to be a reference for systematic
information during the audit process.
