SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ROY S. VALBUENA, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and with

residence and postal address at AR 093 Upper River Side Ambiong, La Trinidad,
Benguet, do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE and APPOINT my sister, ANNIE
TERESITA S. VALBUENA, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and residing in
the same address, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my
name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts and deeds, to wit:

1. To exercise general control, supervision and management over my Baguio-

Benguet Community Credit Cooperative (BBCCC) membership and
account, bearing BBCCC ID No.44815;

2. To make, sign, seal, execute and deliver contracts, documents, agreements

and other writing of whatever nature or kind concerning my interest and
title over the afore-described BBCCC membership and account and to use
or convert the proceeds of the same to any purpose he deems fit;

3. To process and secure loans within my share capital;

4. To encash check/s of my loan proceeds, savings and dividends;

5. To bind me solidarily with any other person in respect to loans and other
credit accommodations obtained through this SpecialPower of Attorney;

6. To attend the General Assembly;

7. In general to do all acts, deeds, matter and things whatsoever relating to

my interest over the afore-described property, as fully and effectual to all
intents and purposes as I could lawfully do in my own proper person if
personally present; and

8. This Special Power of Attorney shall be effective for one (1) year from date
of execution.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said attorney-in-fact the full
power and authority to do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever
requisite, necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all
intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present and acting in
person with full power of substitution and revocation, and HEREBY RATIFYING
AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do and cause
to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
