REMUNERATION AND ESTIMATE OF

DRILL STEM TEST SERVICES

1. CONTRACTOR REMUNERATION

For performing the services SERVICES in accordance with the terms of this CONTRACT, it is
agreed that the remuneration payable to the CONTRACTOR shall be based on the services
SERVICES rendered and shall be calculated by the charges and conditions set forth below
and supported by discounted charges as given in CONTRACTOR’s Pricing Schedule attached.

2. PRICING CONDITIONS

2.1 Only those charges listed in this schedule will be allowed unless COMPANY gives
written instruction to the contrary. Any additional equipment/services shall be based
on applying a standardized ________ percent (%), "blanket" discount to the attached
CONTRACTOR’s price list.

2.2 All charges are in US Dollars unless stated otherwise.

2.3 Drill Stem Testing Service is contracted on an Exclusive Rental basis Formatted: Font: Bold
2.32.4CONTRACTOR is also required to submit rental prices of DST equipment on a Call Out
Basis..
2.42.5One Mobilization and One Demobilization charge each will apply when equipment
moves from CONTRACTOR’s Base to fieldWORKSITE, and from field WORKSITE to
CONTRACTOR’s base.
2.52.6At the end of Well Testing campaign, the equipment will be demobilized to
CONTRACTOR’s base (lump sum demobilization charge)

1. MOBILISATION/DEMOBILISATION FEE

The lump sum Mobilization/Demobilization Fee is the total compensation to the

CONTRACTOR for the mobilization of the CONTRACTOR’s EquipmentEQUIPMENT, specified
in Schedule 2, Appendix 1 – CONTRACTOR’s Equipment and Materials, Base to and from
COMPANY's Point of Delivery during the CONTRACT PeriodTERM. The fee is due and
payable each time the CONTRACTOR’s Equipment EQUIPMENT is called out except for any
trips required for the redress of the subsurface testing tools. It is the total compensation to
the CONTRACTOR for the:

• Repair and or maintenance of the CONTRACTOR’s Equipment EQUIPMENT prior to

the commencement of the services
• Trucking costs for the CONTRACTOR’s Equipment EQUIPMENT from CONTRACTOR’s
Base to the first well location and from the last well location to CONTRACTOR’s Base.

• Compensation during time required to mobilize and demobilize CONTRACTOR’s

Equipment EQUIPMENT and Personnel from the CONTRACTOR’s base and the
COMPANY’s Point of Delivery to the well location.
 No Mobilization nor Demobilization charge is applicable if/when equipment and
personnel are moved inter-well.

The COMPANY must pay the CONTRACTOR for providing the Services SERVICES at the
following rates:

4. CONTRACTOR'S EQUIPMENT RATES

4.1 DRILL STEM Equipment Standby Rate

The Standby Rate for the DRILL Drill STEM Stem TEST Test Equipment equipment will
commence when the equipment arrived on WORKSITE(s) and is fully operational and ready
for serviceSERVICE.

Standby Rate will end the day the CONTRACTOR’s Equipment EQUIPMENT leaves from the
final WORKSITE(s) for demobilization to the CONTRACTOR's local base of operation.

4.2 DRILL STEM Equipment Operating Rate

The Operating Rate for the Drill Stem Testing Equipment equipment will commence when
the Equipment equipment is used to perform DRILL STEM TEST Operations. Only one Rate
should apply.

Operating rates for all downhole components does not commence until tools go below the
rotary table and operating rates cease when tools are above the rotary table. If any
downhole components are deemed Lost in Hole, operational and standby charges will cease
upon declaration of items Lost in Hole.

The COMPANY reserves the right to reduce the quantity for each item to suit requirements. The
daily rate will be adjusted based on the quantity shipped. The CONTRACTOR shall provide
additional back up equipment, as required, but there will be no additional compensation to the
CONTRACTOR.

5. CONTRACTOR'S PERSONNEL RATES

The CONTRACTOR shall provide the day rate for each position as per the attached price list and
shall specify the day rate that is applicable for this AgreementCONTRACT. The totals for each
rate will be calculated based on the COMPANY specified number of people. This quantity is

sufficient to perform the services in this AgreementCONTRACT. It If the CONTRACTOR requires

additional personnel to perform the testing services there will be no additional compensation
due to the CONTRACTOR.

If the COMPANY approves an increase in the CONTRACTOR’s Personnel, to perform additional

services, the compensation to the Contactor CONTRACTOR will be at the valid price list rate less
the average discount rate from above table. (Total CONTRACTOR’s Personnel Cost based on
Tender Rate divided by the Total CONTRACTOR’s Personnel Cost from the Price Book).

6. EQUIPMENT ASSET VALUE

The Equipment Asset value is the CONTRACTOR's declared asset value as stipulated by
Indonesian Customs declaration for each item of subsurface or subsurface testing equipment
that is lost in the hole or damaged beyond repair. Indonesian Customs documentation must be
presented verifying declared value on all equipment Lost In Hole. If equipment was
manufactured in Indonesia a manufacturing invoice must be presented verifying the declared
value.
