Project 1: ASP Convergence

Domain: Banking

Description: ASP Convergence from Fiserv provides banking solutions to financial institutions of
all sizes, the tools to deliver powerful and world class banking and payment services. It is
developed over online banking app virtual branch, to create one digital banking stack for virtual
branch FIs and customers. DSL(Digital Service Library - platform) and the integration layer lies
over ASP Convergence to communicate with VB. Web, API and integration layer runs on
PCF(Pivotal Cloud Foundry), SQL server runs outside PCF. It is a responsive UI having
functional use cases like authentication (login, enrolment, reset password, profile, Terms and
conditions etc.) core business functionalities like accounts, transfers, transactions alerts, billpay
and marketing module.
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyzing features taken as part of release planning and stories taken as part of sprint
planning and then estimating each story taken as part of sprint planning.
• Preparation of automation test scripts for the stories committed.
• Preparation and execution of the manual test cases for stories committed.
• Raising or reporting in-sprint errors or defects if exists and retesting the same after fixed.
• Show casing the stories completed to PO, BSA, delivery manager and team as part of
sprint review at the end of each sprint.
• Performing regression testing of assigned features as part of hardening sprint

Project 2: Architect

Domain: Banking

Description: Architect banking solution gives a financial institution flexibility and control over the
administrative configuration and development of digital banking channel. It gives FI the capability to
define their brand and extensibility to meet the growing demand for digital channel solutions-all delivered
through a personalized user experience to drive customer loyalty.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyzing features taken as part of release planning and stories taken as part of sprint
planning and then estimating each story taken as part of sprint planning.

Project 3:LION-SD

Domain: Telecommunication

Description: The project intent is to build an open API structure that allows to provide the ability
for service to be requested by the customer service or sales engineers and to activate the service
across devices. The LION project is composed of many applications like Salesforce, UWS, OF,
DSP, MOB, ARM and TIRKS etc.The service requests received from the customers goes through
creating orders, provisioning and delivering. The SD(Service Delivery) team deals with the
upstream applications UWS and OF for placing, changing, cancelling or disconnecting the service
orders based on customer request.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Experience in Functional testing and regression testing.

• Preparation and execution of automation test scripts and manual test cases.
• Understanding the requirement of client.
 • Performed black box testing to validate the resolved bugs on different builds.
• Submitted clearly written bug report with correct priority and severity & worked with
developers to resolve and fix the issues found during the testing.

Project 4: XCHANGE

Domain: Insurance Security

Description: XCHANGE provides service to the security and insurance organization. It stores the
information of the agents of securities and insurance organization. There are different items like
profiles, transactions, import, export etc. It has built-in validation and extensively regulatory rule
base that ensures submitted transaction requests are in good order.
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Experience in Functional testing and regression testing.

• Preparation and execution of the test cases.
• Involve in weekly Staging.
• Performed black box testing to validate the resolved bugs on different builds.
• Update Daily status to client.

Project 3: Prime

Domain: Healthcare

Description: PRIME was developed for a large health insurer as a complete

source for provider data and directory management. It’s providing the more
accurate data, refined and updated in a continuous cleansing cycle with more
efficient staff implementation and productivity. The competitive advantage of
prime is less non-compliance issues, more accurate print and digital
information dissemination and greater data security, availability and integrity.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Understanding and analyzing the requirements.
• Experience in reviewing manual test cases and automating them test scripts.
• Involved with team in designing framework.
• Integrating the test scripts to the framework and executing them.
• Reviewing the generated test report and debugging the scripts on the failure of any script.
