ROTC/WATC Scholarship. I am his ROTC/WATC Commandant in this school and have the pleasure of
working with this cadet officers on several trainings, committees and programs of the university

I see the scholarship is intended to go someone who demonstrates strong leadership skills. These
student officers fits these guideline perfectly. This past year they took on the primary responsibility for
our school role in the school events, programs, ceremonies and others in gracing and the occassions .
