Executive Summary
Fish Hooks is a new food stand that serves fresh and healthy milk fish balls. It
is located in Polytechnic College of La Union Basic Education Department. Milk fish
is a english word of Bangus and instead of meat we used the flesh of this fish in
making balls to make it different from the common meat balls that we know.
The Fish Hooks food stand is managed by Jimmy Corbito and its subordinates.
They have their equal rights in managing the business, everyone has their own
contribution on this business. Our service is well managed by each person assigned
respectively in their own works. Each person do their work carefully and outstanding.
Our product offers a good unique taste of balls and it prepared during the day
to assure the fresh made milk fish balls and the recipes of our product are all
nutritious and healthy. It aims to offer our products in affordable price to meet the
demand of student income because they are the main target customer of our product.
We expect that we can raise our profit in selling our products. The Fish Hooks
does not anticipate any cash flow problems.

The other members on this business like to watch anime and they love about
the Japanese culture and cuisine. There is a street food in Japan which they called
“takoyaki” and it is also made of squid and fish. This one added our first idea to use
fish in making our product but the difference is the product we are making was focus
only in the flesh of milk fish. We are about to make sauce because the stuffed milk
fish ball is not only for snack but can also partner with rice.
Our friends had the chance to taste what we have made and they said that it’s
very tasty. They suggest that it’s better for us to sell it since it has a unique taste from
the common meat balls. That’s how Fish Hooks was created and introduced to the
market.

Our business strategy to make our product to be popular to people especially to
the students is, we are the one who approached to our customers to present or sell our
products. This strategy can really help to improve our product and also we will know
the feedbacks that our customer gives through our products personally. We are about
to tend a customer service to our consumers so that they will enjoy our best taste
stuffed milkfish product.
Through this strategy we can make our customer satisfied in terms of food
cravings. We can also allow our customer a free taste to prove them that we had a
good taste of stuffed milkfish balls.
The goal of Fish Hooks is to make people enjoy and to satisfy their cravings in
eating our product especially those people who don’t want to eat meats. It also has
good benefits to everyone who eat this because of the ingredients in this product.
The target customer of our product are the students and young people who have
developed healthy eating habits and also the people of any age who are health
conscious and only eats vegetables and fish. This is the reason why our business is
located in school.
The CEO of this business which is Jimmy Corbito Jr together with the other
member Christian Dizon, Chris John Balbuena and Micheal Gregor Buna are a
licensed professional teacher and they are very health conscious person. While the
other member of this business is a licensed nursed who are Jizelle Ezperanza, Jessa
Mae Ringor and Holy Zenith Bapilar. We also have a professional police man who is
Leobert Boado and a flight attendant Gleezel Olarte. We really love to expirement
food to make something new and unique to everyone. We combined all our ideas in
making this product and that is how we put up our business.
Market Strategies
The product was made from the flesh of milk fish that was rolled and put on
the stick, it can also dip in tomato sauce or vinegar. In this product there’s a lot of
health benefits which can help to our body, example of this are the vegetables that we
put in the product. And one of this are carrots that has a Vitamin A that can help to
improve immune system and maintenance of teeth and bones, potato that has calcium,
raisin that rich in fiber, pickled cucumber that has vitamin K, malunggay leaves that
contains protein, fiber and calcium, egg that has vitamin A&D, iron, calcium,
magnesium and cobalamin, and milk fish that contains calcium, iron, magnesium,
phosphorus, potassium, sodium, zinc and copper.
The fish hooks price was very affordable to every students and other consumer
since our investment was small because we are only starting to make our business.
The Fish Hooks is different from the other meat balls because we made our very
own version of stuffed milk fish ball and it is not hard to eat because it was only a bite
size that was put on the stick. The quality of our product was better than the other
because we love what we are doing and we work hard to achieve the unique and best
taste of our stuffed milk fish ball.
