Abstract
Virtual office management allows the employee to view the upcoming events in an
organiza捵阨on, important no捵阨ce and bulle捵阨n board. They can apply for leave if required
here and if they want to convey any message or have any complaint then they can do so
through feedback.
The admin on the other hand can view the details of the employee. And not only that
they can even update, delete and insert data. Another feature of virtual office
management is that the voice with which, when the admin searches for the employee id,
the details of that par捵阨cular employee gets displayed.

1.1 Introduction
Virtual Office Management is all about providing a complete informa捵阨on about the
employees of an organiza捵阨on. The employee aer registering with his valid creden捵阨als,
gets to access this site from where he can view the bulle捵阨n board, no捵阨ces and he can
apply for leave applica捵阨on and feedback. The admin enters the id and gets to view the
details of the employee and update data accordingly. The virtual office concept is an
evolu捵阨on of the execu捵阨ve suite industry.

Chapter 2
2. 1 Scope of the project
The objec捵阨ve behind this project is to connect the Employee even if he/she is out of the
sta捵阨on. With this virtual Office management system he/she can be no捵阨fied with the daily
events. This will help employees to get in touch with the office. The par捵阨cular employee
can give the necessary feedback of the services provided to him/her. The concept has
roots in life before (and even during) the industrial revolu捵阨on, where parallels to current
work styles, specifically working from home, have been drawn.

6.1 Conclusion
This soware provides complete informa捵阨on about employees. Hence they can complete
their work from any part of the world. List of upcoming events, leave applica捵阨on and
bulle捵阨n board, these features increases the importance of this soware. The users access
this virtual office management with the help of user id and password. And aer
registra捵阨on they are provided with an employee_id. Next 捵阨me when the uses login, just
by entering their emp_id and user_id, they can access these features of virtual office
management. Biggest advantage of this soware is that virtually the employees can
access the upda捵阨on of the company with includes rules and regula捵阨on, no捵阨ce, events
etc.

6.2 Future work
● In future we would try to relate it to many other companies and not just one
company.
● There will be managing head and under that many other stuffs will be working.
● And lastly total no of employees removed and employed can be viewed and we can
update and delete the record.
