VIKRAM REDDY MEKAPATI (DIN: 00044530)

He is the Managing Director of KMC Constructions Limited (KMC). He is Graduate in

Civil Engineering from I.I.T, Madras and M.S in Construction Management from Texas
University, U.S.A. MS (USA). He joined in the Board of KMC in March, 1997. He is
having experience of almost two decades in infrastructure Industry. He is well versed in
Civil Engineering works relating to planning and execution of large Civil Engineering
Projects such as Highways, High Embankments, Bridges, Runways etc. He is
responsible for the overall working of the Company and is instrumental in making
strategic decisions for the Company. He is also Director in some other Companies.

MR. MEKAPATI PRUTHVI KUMAR REDDY (DIN: 00044212)

Educational Qualification: Post Graduate in Industrial Engineering from Pennsylvania

State University, U.S.A.

Mr. Pruthvi Kumar Reddy is well adept in engineering techniques with the requisite
dexterity and bears a commendable degree of management responsibilities of our
group. His strong knowledge of business functions and sheer corporate intelligence
have immensely helped the organization gain fortification on all fronts. With an
exceptional foresight and competence in infrastructure Mr. Pruthvi Kumar Reddy plays a
principal role in all management decisions as a central member of the managing team.

Shujaat Ghousuddin Khan aged about 41 years is the Investor Nominee Director. He
joined the Board in May, 2007. Mr. Khan has a B.A., magna cum laude, from University
of Rochester and an M.B.A. from Harvard University Graduate School of Business
Administration, U.S.A. He is the Managing Director, Blue River Capital Advisors (India)
Pvt. Limited and Managing Director and Investment Committee Member at ChrysCapital
I, LLC and ChrysCapital II, LLC, together comprising India’s largest independent private
equity firm with $450 million currently under management. At Chrys Capital, Mr. Khan
was involved in virtually every aspect of the private equity business, including fund
raising, deal sourcing, representing Chrys Capital on the boards of companies and
successfully exiting investments. Prior to ChrysCapital, Mr. Khan was an investment
banker with Merrill Lynch International, based in Singapore, working on mergers and
acquisitions and corporate finance transactions across Asia, including India. He has
also worked for Travelers Group (now Citigroup) in various capacities in the United
States.

Jonnala Prabhakar Reddy aged about 47 years is the Whole-time Director of the
Company. He is Associated with the Company for the last two decades in Finance and
Accounts, he is well versed with Company commercials including Project accounting,
Contract Management and other financing activities. He Joined in the Board in
November, 2007. He holds a Masters Degree in Commerce.

Mekapati Sri Kirti (DIN: 01202947) is the Non-executive Director of the Company. She
is associated with the Company from March, 2015 and assisting the Company in the
area of operations, Human resources and Corporate Social Responsibilities.
