Nevertheless, its use may constitute a risk to life and limb of the user or of third parties, or cause damage to the machine and to other material property. * The installation and control may only be done by authorized personnel. * Danger of explosion: Do not heat buffer accumulator. Severe injuries can occur, * The operating voltage may only be in the specified range. * Do not make any changes in software and electrical components. Changes that are not assigned affect the safety conception of the machi + The machine fulfils the requirements of the EMV- g} ‘standards. Any change in hardware may affect the ful ing rules and other european ing of the EMV. 1.2 Description The ABI-control with ELCAN technique and colored display with touch function relieve the handling of the machine. ‘System datas and operating surfaces are indicated and actuated with the control terminal. Only the Necessary datas and buttons are shown for any operation mode. Error notices are displayed in full text or in an error list. The operation buttons are actuated by a light touch on the screen. Touching the screen unintentional more then once or contamination are recognized by the control and disregarded, During boot, the start menu appears, til the data between control and terminal are synchronous. Besides the displayed informations additional warnings are shown.Elcan Touch 1.3 Technical description The control panel is an indication part with touch screen function. The datas are stored on a memory card, Datas can be changed by a new download onto control panel. The touch screen works optically with light beams. The beams are situated right above the front screen. A function check of the touch screen is made automatically during every boot. If an error notice turns up, screen and plastic frame have to be cleaned. If the pollution increases single Buttons can not be actuated any more. Touch-Screen Function has to be tumed off before cleaning . The inside of the plastic frame on the frontpart has to be cleaned with a moist, soft piece of cloth. Do not bring the frontpart in contact with solvent that could affect the plastic frame (frame material PMMA). A Caution + Donottouch the screen during start up, till the start menu appears, because of the function check. + Avoid direct sunlight on flat screen. The crawler of the carrier can still be operated. Release emergency cut- ‘outs before switching on the ABI control panel again. Verify the emergency cut-out device at least once a month for correct functioning by actuating it Verification of the emergency cut-out * Put the ABI Mobilram-System into operation + Verify the functions under no-load condition (+ Push the emergency cut-out button on the ABI control panel until it locks. Choose a set-point above the critical soll resonances. Static moment is controlled to zero below critical speed, vibrator speed increases until set-point critical speed is reached. If critical speed is exceeded the static moment is increased to the maximum value.
