Scope:
We are providing you website solutions. We can also provide you domain, web hosting and email
accounts. We are also working on social media networking like Facebook. We are working with local
as well as international companies. We shall provide you a demo according to international standard
and completely restructure your website which will contain the data related to your product . Our
project will include a complete online demo part.
Timescale:
We would anticipate the project taking 1 weeks to complete. The exact speed of design & development
will be affected by customer’s turnaround times, for example responding to designs etc.

deposit is due prior to project commencement. The balance is payable on completion.

Services and Maintenance:

An amount per month will be charged for the first six months. This amount will be decided upon
the services you required.

Terms and Conditions:

 All the prices are exclusive of any govt. taxes.

 Fifty percent of the total amount will be paid in advance at the time of signing of the contract.
Remaining fifty percent at the time of complete deliverables and closure of the project.
 The website will be designed using PHP / HTML5, CSS, web based technologies only, for which the
server and domain will be provided by the client.
 Travelling boarding and lodging will be the responsibility of the client in case of out of city travels.
 A one-month free service and maintenance of software will be provided after successful
implementation, starting from the completion of deliverables. If further services are required, a
separate service agreement will be signed.
 All the license cost, if any, will be the responsibility of client.
 We will provide the trainings to use developed system for one time only. Further trainings after
implementation will be charged separately.
 Project completion time is estimated, that may vary depending upon initial requirement and
discussion phase.
 Once the website design and analysis document is mutually signed off, any further expansions
/ changes will be considered as extra work and will be charged separately.
