We all contribute to the work of god.

Free theme: All contribute in the work of God.

God said: “in the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread", 2 however, He did not say that as punishment, but
as our need to our progress in the Moral and Intellectual Evolution, because God created us," simple and
ignorant", and as proof that it is not a punishment demand, Jesus voluntarily worked to our favor and explained:
“my Father worketh hitherto, and I work", 3 and in the work of God, all contribute, from the insignificant insect to
the most complex Angel of the Lord! 4
We contribute some to the others and in that “we influence and are influenced." 5
We are brothers and children of God, 6 we are not created by several gods, since there are no differences in
the creation, of some being more perfect than others, in reason of his god who has created them to be more
perfect or more imperfect, in relation to the state of that created spirit, to be of a degree different from other.
Given that, having our unique God, as it has been revealed to us, created even before the measuring of
time, especially because for God there is no time, but an infinite "Now".
God having created Spirits in distant past, in the course of time those Spirits, having come out of the
Creator's hands, even If “simple and ignorant", 7 as spirits they have lived quite a lot, 8 and they learned
exceedingly and they grew in morals and intelligence, to degrees above and beyond our comprehension and they
are, consequently, in superior graduation.
Now, as such the Spirits more recently created, differ themselves in much more several degrees;
consequently in the long difference among one creation and another, in the sequence of times and the efforts of
each one, applied in the Work of Ascension to God, there are the spiritual degrees that can be compared as “a
Jacob’s ladder" 9
As a consequence of that, in the Order of God to the work, the oldest automatically in pulse by Law imbued
in themselves, they aid those below them in the Spiritual level, being each one in the degree below or above in
relative degree to them; and in that case all contribute in the Work of God, helping their neighbour, in conformity
with their will and their spiritual degree.
In the most inferior degrees, due to their own selves needs, selfishness is very present, although there is
sometimes more than enough goods, the fear of in the future there to be lacking, it generates in them selfishness,
though in the Spirits more developed, those needs, do not delay or keep them, from helping and quite sufficiently
to the least happy ones, it is the case of the Gospel: “For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall much be
required”. 10
Now, there is a very interesting point among us, that it is Solidarity, because we have as example among
other ways to help, and agents for aiding institutions, the catastrophic case of Santa Catarina, where the people
hurried to help and voluntarily, they contributed with about ten million of $ real for the construction of houses,
through a campaign done by TV Record, and there are already houses to be given. Besides, there were other
campaigns done by other heart touched persons.
The maturely souls do reveal themselves unconsciously in charity, and it is in this virtue that the Spirits
expose: “Without charity there is no salvation", 11 but in certain way charity is not well donating, but the condition
of the Spirit, because St. Paul in his experience had said: “Though I give my body to be burned, and have not
charity, it profiteth me nothing"

I Corintios, 13: 1-4.
1. - Thought I speak with the tongs of men and of angels, and have not
charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal
2. - And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and
all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and
have not charity, I am nothing.
3. - And though I bestow all my goods tp feed the poor, and though I give my
body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth e nothing.
4. - Charity suffereth long and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not
itself, is not puffed up.

Yes, it would not be religiosity of St. Paul which brought him salvation, because he was a zealous man to
the religion, and on behalf of the religion in which he thought to be right, he pursued the Christians tirelessly until
death, and Stephen an assiduous Christian was not left out by him, and he attended the stoning of that devoted
man to God, with a great joy and satisfaction.

Acts of the Apostles, VII: 54-60..- VIII: 1-3.
54. - When they heard these things, they were cut to the heart, and they
gnashed on him with their teeth.
55, - But he, being full of the Holly ghost, looked up steadfastly into heaven,
and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing on the right hand of God.
56. - And said, behold I see the heavens opened, and the son of man standing
on the right hand of God.
57. - then they cried out with a loud voice, and stopped their ears, and ran
upon him with one accord.
58. - And cast him out of the city, and stoned him; and the witnesses laid
down their clothes at a young man’s feet, whose name was Saul.
59. - And they stoned Stephen, calling upon God and saying, Lord Jesus,
receive my spirit.
60. - And he kneeled down, and cried with a loud voice, Lord, lay not this sin to
their charge. And when he had said this, he fell asleep.

Acts of the Apostles, VIII: 1-3.
1. - And Saul was consenting unto his death. And at that time there was a
great persecution against the church which was at Jerusalem; and they were all
scattered abroad throughout the regions of Judea and Samaria, except the
apostles.
2. - And devout men carried Stephen to his burial, and made great
lamentation over him.
3. - As for Saul, he made havock of the church, entering into every house, and
haling men and women committed them to prison.

The same type of religiosity happened with the Catholic Church, which feeling God in Earth inserted the
Inquisition, where it embraced for unthinkable fanatic impositions, and they tortured, and they killed thousands of
people besides Jean d’Arc, whom they did not save her nor her peace of Spirit. (Although they delivered her to
the English).
And as fire spreading, that fanaticism spreaded out throughout the world, where Kings and other authorities
also entered in that widespread fanaticism.
And tribunals of inquisition were instituted, and many entered in that wave, and be whoever be that had a
drop of second sight, 12 was considered heretical or to be subdued by the devil, therefore, death was applied to all
the suspects; there were neither mercy nor piety for them.
And, from the persecution to the heretical ones in Europe, it covered over, the persecution to the Jews and
in time I think, also to the Moors.
The Inquisition seemingly came out of control of the Catholic Church, and it took dozens of years to the
Church to amend its mistake or its influences,
On making researches about inquisition, there is a lot of reading on that delicate subject, which cannot be
forgotten, as a result it is part of the Human suffering and of our history.
Yes, all work for God, but, woe of those who do take possession of Kingdom of God, but they do not lift a
finger in favor of their neighbors, they will not receive any credit from God, but it will be said to them:
“Verily I say unto you, they have their reward"; 13 “woe unto you”, Jesus said.

Matthew, XXIII: 1-4 + 12-19

“”1. - Then spake Jesus to the multitude, and to his disciples.
2. - Saying, The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses seat:
3. - All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do: but
do not ye after their works: for they say, and do not.
4. - For they bind heavy burdens and grievous to be borne, and lay them on
men’s shoulders: but they themselves will not move them with one of their fingers.
***
12. - And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased: and he that shall
humble himself shall be exalted.
13. - But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites: for ye shut up the
kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye
them that are entering to go in.
14. - Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For ye devour widows
houses, and for a pretence make long prayer: therefore ye shall receive the
greater damnation.
15. - Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees! For ye compass sea and land to
make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of
hell than yourselves.
16. - Woe unto you, ye blind guides, which say, whosoever, shall swear by the
temple, it is nothing; but whosoever shall swear by the gold of the temple, he is a
debtor!
17. - Ye fools and blind; for whether is greater, the gold, or the temple that
sanctifieth the gold?
18. - And, Whosoever shall swear by the altar, it is nothing; but whosoever
sweareth by the gift that is upon it, he is guilty.

In our passage through this world individual or collectively, we go through mistakes, regrets, rectifications
and transformations more and more virtuous and less confused, and as time goes by, it seems the World has got
better, the Church modified, everyone is more tolerant some to the others, no more pursuing or being pursued.
However, there is still a lot of work ahead of us to be done: in the morals, in love, in tolerance, in solidarity,
in understanding of beliefs of some and of others, leaving each one to love God in his own way, helping the World
to be a Regenerating World, where Peace and love prevails! 14
The Spiritist Doctrine explains that there is no one privileged in the Laws of God, but merits according to
their works, because their works do follow them, 15
Each one is responsible for oneself, the obstinate ones in the trails of the Laws, will learn that the law of
being reincarnated, as many times as necessary 16 will be applied to them automatically, and they will try out to
adjust themselves the most urgently possible, thence, their free will 17 in the obtaining of their happiness.
As for the suffering prolongation or larger amount of reincarnations, it is given him the responsibility, nobody
is forced to progress beyond their stepping, not all the delayed are in fault of their delay, but it is asked of them
much effort to hurry progress, someone being a humble and sincere person, will attract nice Spirits who will help
them, which is the subject “Heaven helps him who helps himself". 18
Being the spirit immortal, the laws of God accompany him, it is not the death of the body which will give him
perfection in the beyond, if he still does not have it, his qualities accompanies him, in the beyond he will see his
life better, and he will be much happier, but the trails of the Laws of God are not dissolved in the spiritual life.
But they are much more accentuated, but favorable to his relationship of the immortal life. In the beyond he
will see the advantages, that he has acquired in his recent incarnation and he will notice, that he did not retreat
even one foot back, 19 but had moved forward in his progress and he will take delight for that, and in that he will
learn, that the reincarnations are necessary to the Spirit, and he will thank God for that, for that Law which is
merciful, blessed and granted by God.
Conclusion, did he work well in his moral and intellectual sharpening, better for him, has there been
laziness and had he left his task to be done afterwards, he will have to resume and to complete his mission of
progress, 20 nonetheless he will always have the support of God, who does not stop loving him, be it in the
beyond, or be it in this side of the World!

May God be with us, as formerly, today and always.
