Affiliation of School Organization

Description: Schools are required to be affiliated with the ICpEP.se – NCR before they can register their students
to be part of the ICpEP.se – NCR Chapter.
Target: 30 to 35 Schools
Process: The ICpEP.se – NCR will send letters of invitation to the target schools. Schools must comply with
the requirements indicated in the said letter and pay the corresponding affiliation fee.
Affiliation Fee: 1500 for One Year Affiliation 4000 for Three Years Affiliation
Deadline: August 31, 2019

Membership Drive
Description: Affiliated schools are entitled to have their computer engineering students to be part of the ICpEP.se
– NCR Chapter.
Process: The ICpEP.se – NCR will tap the local organizations to be responsible for compiling the list of
computer engineering students who wish to be registered and be part of the ICpEP.se – NCR
Chapter.
In addition, the ICpEP.se – NCR will use social media platforms and other means to campaign for
the membership of the students from various parts of NCR. Such means may include but not limited
to the “Display Photo” Blasting via Facebook and/or Twitter, and “School to School Campaign”.
Membership Fee: 200 for New Member 100 for Old Member
Deadline: September 7, 2019

ID Printing
Description: Verified registered members of the ICpEP.se – NCR will receive their corresponding IDs through
their local organizations.
Process: Local organizations should submit an Excel file to the link that will be provided by Engr. Jay-ar Lalata.
The said Excel file should contain the name of the school/institution, a clear copy of 1”x1” ID Formal
ID Picture (uniform or business attire), and full names of the student (last name, first name, middle
initial).
IDs will be tentatively released on End of September (for first batch) and Mid of October (for second
batch) NOTE: For last year’s list of members, indicate in the Excel file if the student is a graduate, a
graduating student, and a non-renewing member.
Deadline: For last year’s batch (2018 – 2019)

CpE Challenge 2019
Description: CPE Challenge is an event where students from various institutions compete and showcase their
skills through their participation in Quiz Bowl Competition, Programming Challenge, and Logic Circuit
Contest.
Process: The ICpEP Professionals will give the mechanics to ICpEP.se, and the SE will be the one to
disseminate the mechanics to its local organizations. The CPE Challenge consists of Quiz Bowl
Competition, Programming Challenge, and Logic Circuit Contest.
Target: 20 Participating Schools
Date/Venue: October 26, 2019/ Technological Institute of the Philippines – Quezon City (T.I.P. – QC)

CpEYESTA 2019 (General Assembly and Clash of Talents)


Description: CpEYESTA is the annual general assembly of ICpEP.se – NCR registered members that consists
of seminars to give the computer engineering students an insight on the different trends in the
industry. Moreover, a talent show will also be held to provide entertainment and fun as well.
Process: The ICpEP.se - NCR will invite various affiliated school organizations to join the event. A symposium
will also be conducted during the event. Topics include Data Science, Networking, and Security that
will last 30 to 45 minutes each. In addition, limited edition T-Shirts will be provided on the said
assembly. Lastly, Clash of Talents will be held as well.
Fee: General Assembly – 200
Clash of Talents – 300 per school organization entry (One entry per school only)
Target: 1000 Students
Date/Venue: November 9, 2019/ AMA QC Gymnasium

Year-end Symposium
Description: The symposium consists of talks and seminars to be conducted by professional speaker to provide
insights to the registered members of ICpeP.se – NCR as to what are the current trends in the
industry.
Process: The ICpEP.se - NCR will invite various affiliated school organizations to join the event. A symposium
will be composed of various topics including but are not limited to Data Science, Networking, and
Security that will last 30 to 45 minutes each.
Target: 500 Students
Date/Venue: December 7, 2019/ Universidad de Manila
Outreach 2019
Description: The ICpEP Professionals together with the ICpEP.se – NCR will conduct an outreach activity.
Process: The ICpEP Professionals will be the one to organize the said event.
Date/Venue: December 8, 2019

CpElympics 2020
Description: CpElympics is the annual sports festival conducted by the ICpEP.se – NCR. This activity aims to
promote camaraderie and sportsmanship among the registered members of the said organization
through various sports and activities such as basketball, volleyball, chess, and e-sports.
Process: The ICpEP.se - NCR will invite various affiliated school organizations to join the event. The local
organizations will be responsible for gathering participants for the said event. Mechanics will be
handed to the participating schools prior to the event. Participants should comply with the
requirements and pay the corresponding fees for them to be eligible to be part of the CpElympics.
The CpElympics will consist of Basketball, Volleyball, Chess, and an all-new addition, E-sports.
Fee: Basketball – 3000 per team (8-12 Members)
Volleyball – 3000 per team (8-12 Members)
Chess – 300 per participant (1 player per school)
E-Sports – TBA
Target: Basketball – 10 Participating Schools
Volleyball – 10 Participating Schools
Chess – 10 Participating Schools
E-Sports – 25 Participating Schools

New-Year Symposium

Regional Convention 2020
Description: Regional convention is an annual gathering conducted by the ICpEP.se – NCR. This activity aims to
showcase the students’ researches through the Research Colloquium. In addition, Robotics
challenge will also be conducted.
Process: The ICpEP.se - NCR will invite various affiliated school organizations to join the event. The local
organizations will be responsible for gathering participants for the said event. Mechanics will be
handed to the participating schools prior to the event. Participants should comply with the
requirements and pay the corresponding fees for them to be eligible to be part of the Regional
Convention 2020. The said event will consist of Research Colloquium, Line-Follower Robot
Challenge, and Sumobot Contest.

Awarding of Local Organizations


Description: This awarding aims to recognize the hard-works and active participation of the students from various
local organizations.
Process: The ICpEP.se - NCR will invite various affiliated school organizations to join the event. The local
organizations will send two representatives from them, together with their adviser. The local
organizations shall submit all the documents to be eligible for the following recognitions: Best Active
Local Org, Best Academic Activity, Best Local Org of the Year, Best Outreach, and Best
Adviser. The formal invitation as well as the eligibility requirements will be distributed by the
ICpEP.se – NCR.
Target: 15 Participating Schools
