INSTALLATION:

1. Plug in the Main Unit to a power source of 230V. Please ensure that source
is stable as voltage fluctuations can damage the unit. It is advisable to install a
stabilizer or a UPS.

2. Connect the Ball Valve at the “Fuel Input” and then connect the Fuel Storage
Tank to the Hand Valve with ½” braided nylon tube. Connect the Air
Compressor to the main unit at “Air Input” with 10mm tube for compressed
air.

3. Mount the Pressure Sensor on the storage tank (or as per your requirement)
and connect the cable to the Main Unit (at the “Pressure” on the left side of
the Unit).

4. Mount the Temperature Sensor on the storage tank (or as per your
requirement) and connect the cable to the Main Unit (at the “Temperature” on
the left side of the Unit).

5. Mount the burners into the furnace as per the diagram below. Place them
wide apart such that the fire would cover the whole furnace.

6. Connect the back end of the burners with the Copper Tubes (Connectors
provided). The aperture for air and fuel input/output are to be matched as per
the sizes. The other ends of the Copper Tubes are similarly to be connected
with the Main Unit at “Air Output” and “Fuel Output” respectively.

Notes:

1. Please keep the POWER OFF while installing the system.


2. Ensure that the Main Unit is placed at a higher level than that of the
Burners, but at a lower level than compared to the Fuel Storage Tank.
3. Burners must be installed with a tilt of at least 10 degrees downwards in
the furnace.
4. The Main Unit should be kept away from the furnace.
5. The area where the Pressure Sensor is mounted should have
temperatures below 80⁰C.

WORKING:

1. Plug in the Main Unit and Turn the Power On (On/Off Switch on right side of
the unit).

2. “Start” button turns on/off the 1st Burner.

3. “Boost” button turns on/off the 2nd Burner (only when the first burner is
running).

4. When shutting down the unit, close the ball valve for the fuel first. Keep the
air flow running for at least 2 minutes and then switch off the burners and unit.

5. The unit has been calibrated to a 0-6Bar Sensor.

6. The display of the temperature is given at the right side of the Unit on PID.

7. All operations in the Unit are Manual Only.
