比賽須知：
1. 比賽時必須帶備下列文件以確認參賽者身份(於比賽場地進行即場查閱)：
~ 初賽比賽證 (證明已報名參賽，以手機出示亦可)
~ 香港身份證／出生證明書副本 (證明其姓名及年齡)
~ 學生證／學生手冊 (附有學生照片)
2. 報到時遞交曲譜/歌詞副本供評判參考。(#100-138 Piano Solo Class、#200-209 Violin Solo
Class 及 #1000-1008 Ukulele Solo Class 除外。如報名時已經遞交，則無需重覆遞交。)
3. 一個A4 面積並附有HK$5.0 郵票的回郵信封，作為日後領取初賽證書或／及總決賽證書
、獎狀之用。(敬請註明回郵地址、參賽者姓名)
4. 參加者須於比賽時間 10 分鐘前向在場之比賽助理報到。
5. 查詢電郵：scsm@dacapomusic.com.hk，WhatsApp：(852) 5335-2889 (只作WhatsApp用途)

IMPORTANT NOTE：
1. Please bring along the following to the competition (will be checked by our staff)：
~ 1st Round Admission Form (to prove that has been registered, also valid for show on
cell phone)
~ HKID Card Copy／Birth Certificate Copy (to prove the Name & Age)
~ Student ID Card／Student Handbook (with Photograph)
2. Please submit a copy of competition score while registration (Except #100-138 Piano Solo
Class, #200-209 Violin Solo Class & #1000-1008 Ukulele Solo Class. No need to submit
again if you have already submitted.)
3. Please also submit an A4 size envelope with participant’s name, postal address and stamps ($5.0
HKD), for sending of your competition certificates.
4. Please arrive and report to the registration counter 10 minutes before the scheduled time
