ACHIEVEMENTS
 After successful completion of my Graduate engineer trainee in lamination department I was
promoted as Production Officer within pouching department.
 Set a record for the highest production in a shift in lamination department (ie. 28 Mt in a 8 hour
shift with zero defect).
 Successfully delivered the Sahara Q-Shop laminate in record 10-days’ time against the target
time of 12-days.
 Reduced the wastage of Pouching department from 6.5 % to 3.3% in a period of 10 months.
 Was Sent to Germany for machine trial of Lemo handle pouch making machine which was first
of its kind in India.
