This reward has been paid in full and there is no payment due at the time of delivery.

Indusmoments is responsible for the amount mentioned for purchase of each product in the Merchandise catalogue.

The merchandise displayed is subject to availability. Indusmoments reserves the right to substitute the product with
another product of a similar specification of the same or better quality if the existing product displayed in the catalogue is
not available for any reason. Indusmoments shall endeavor to advise the member of any substitutions when he/she
places the order.

The merchandise will be governed by warranties, Terms and Conditions of respective manufacturer or supplier.
Indusmoments would not be held responsible for any manufacturing defects or deficiency in service or any other aspect
on which Indusmoments does not have any direct control.

Merchandise Purchase done through Indusmoments website cannot be canceled, withdrawn or modified.

Gift vouchers featured in the Merchandise catalogue always carry a validity period, post which these vouchers will not be
honored by Partner Merchants issuing the vouchers.

Products offered for purchase is at the sole discretion of Indusmoments and is liable to change without prior notice.

In the event of any dispute between Indusmoments and the member on the item ordered, the decision of Indusmoments
shall be deemed as final and binding.

Indusmoments holds the responsibility to deliver the product of a similar specification displayed in the Merchandise
catalogue. In case the product received does not match the specifications, please call Indusmoments Customer Care at
(020-6000 6160) to report the same within 3 business days from the day of receipt of the same.

The amount displayed at Indusmoments website will be inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery costs.

All Merchandise purchase requests will be fulfilled as per delivery period mentioned while purchasing unless the delay is
due to conditions beyond the control of Indusmoments.

Indusmoments is responsible to deliver the product in a non-damaged state. Any damaged products need to be notified
to Indusmoments Customer Care within 3 business days from the product receipt date.

All damaged products need to be shipped back by the customer to The Manager, Indusmoments Customer Care at
Chhibber House, 2nd Floor, Andheri-Kurla Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai \96 400072,India. The cost of shipping has to
be borne by the member unless otherwise specified.

Amount for the returned products due to damage will be rolled back to the member's rewards account or the payment
amount refunded within 21 business days from the returned date of the product.

In case the member does not receive the product, he/she must notify the same by calling Indusmoments Customer Care
within 25 business days from the date of purchase.
