NOTICE FOR APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING

473111 intends to engage qualified candidates for undergoing the Apprenticeship Training
in the following Trades for one year as per Apprenticeship Act 1961 and as amended
1973,1986 &2014:

Note: The above mentioned trades and numbers of post are indicative and subject to
change without prior notice. The decision of the management will be final and no appeal
will be entertained.
Important Note: The Company shall have no obligation to give regular
employment to Apprentice Trainees. The Apprentices shall have no right to
claim regular employment from Company on the basis of this
Apprenticeship at any point of time. This Apprenticeship shall not create any
liability on National Fertilizers Ltd, for providing any job/ employment to
the Apprentice.
Eligibility:

A) Age: Candidate should not be less than eighteen years of age as on 31.07.2019
B) Educational Qualification : As per table A and B.
C) The prescribed qualification shall be from a recognized University/ Institute as a
regular full time course.
D) Candidates who have completed Act Apprentice training or job experience for a
period of one year or more shall not be eligible.
E) The candidate who are appearing for required qualification will not be eligible to
apply.
F) The candidate should have the passing certificate/final year mark sheet of the
required qualification as on 31.07.2019
G) The gap between the date of joining and passing date of the qualification for
Technician and Graduate Apprentices should not be more than 3 years.
Reservation: Reservation for apprenticeship will be as per the provisions made in the
Apprentice Act 1961 and as amended 1973,1986 &2014

Interested and eligible candidates should register their names in the Employment
Exchange, Guna or register themselves on online portal i.e. www.apprenticeship.gov.in/
www.mhrdnats.gov.in and thereafter apply to the establishment i.e. M/s National
Fertilizers Ltd, Vijaipur, Distt. Guna (M.P.)-473111. Candidates already undergone
apprenticeship training in any organization will not be eligible for engagement as Trade
Apprentice. It may please be noted that candidates can not claim for issue of Offer of
apprenticeship on the basis of registration. The number of positions can be increased or
decreased at the sole discretion of M/s National Fertilizers Ltd without any notice.

Reservation for apprenticeship will be as per the provisions made in the Apprentice Act
1961 and as amended 1973,1986 &2014.

Selection will be made as per the merit drawn on the basis of marks obtained in relevant
Trades.

Since the requirement is immediate, candidates are advised to register their names or
apply online immediately.

Candidates who meet the specifications may apply to Chief Manager (HR) at the above

the date of publication of this advertisement along with photocopies of all certificates in
support of age, qualification and attested copy of SC/ST/OBC/Disability certificate in the
prescribed proforma issued by the Competent Authority.
