Appointment Hours
To accommodate client and practitioner schedules all appointments are made exclusively with
your practitioner.

Financial Policies
For Energy Healing services fees are as follows:
For one hour and half session: $150
For one hour session: $125

Payment
Payment is due at time of treatment. If you must cancel your appointment, we request a
minimum of 24 hours notice. Last minute cancellations and no-shows are subject to pay the
allocated fee for the time booked for the session. Payment is required before the session via
paypal or as prearranged to facilitate payment in a timely manner.

Forms
Please read, sign and return the Liability Waiver and Release and Energy Healing Modalities
Informed Consent to Treat forms. Please feel free to ask questions about energy treatments prior
to signing.
