Individual Document Requirement List
Minimum Requirements (Please provide below mentioned documents for Directors, Nominee, Witness & Shareholder)

Document Particulars Important Points to be considered


l Minimum 1 Shareholder
l Minimum 1 Director i) Passport size photograph (Scan Copy) 1. The scan documents to be clear & visible
2. Identity Proof must be in addition to PAN
l The director and shareholder can be same person ii. PAN Card copy (Mandatory)

Preparation of Main Object & Name Availability Search


l Preparation of Main Object of Company by BMC 5
3 l The Promoter have to provide atleast 4 (four) unique names for company name search (Depends upon the response
l To make an online search for availability of names time taken by the Promoter)
l Promoter confirmation of draft main object and final name
l Only One unique name can be applied for Incorporation

Filing of Incorporation Documents


l Filing Incorporation documents with ROC

l Payment of Registration fees & Stamp duty
l Getting the Directors' DIN, Name Approval & Incorporation Certificate
