PP-2 ANNUAL SHUT REPORT FOR ESP AND AHP

ESP 1ST FIELD:

Inspection:-
1st field all manholes with bellows opened and air-lancing done. It’s emitting, collecting electrode and
casing plate inspection done from inside and casing plate found damage in 1st field backside top
corner.
Rectification:-
No.1 field backside 800x1250x6 mm plate patch up done from inside top corner.

ESP 2nd FIELD:

Inspection:-
2st field all manholes with bellows opened and air-lancing done. It’s emitting, collecting electrode and
casing plate inspection done from inside and casing plate found damage in 2nd field backside top
approx. -6mtrx2.5mtr and 1mrx1.5mtr from front side.
Rectification:-
No. 2 field backside and front side insulation opened from damaged area and 4nos of
2.2mtrx1.2mtrx6mm patch-up done from outside back top and 2nos of 500x600x6mm plate patch-up
done from outside front top.

ESP 3rd FIELD:
Inspection:-
3rd field all manholes with bellows opened and air-lancing done. It’s emitting, collecting electrode and
casing plate inspection done from inside and casing plate found damage in 3rd field front side below
manhole area approx. 500x600x6mm of 3nos.
Rectification:-
No.3 field insulation opened from damaged area and 3 no’s of 500x600x6mm plate patch-up done
from outside below manhole.

GD SCREEN:
Inspection:-
ESP inlet and outlet GD screen air-lancing, inspection done and found ok.
ESP OUTLET DUCT:
Inspection:-
Outlet duct air-lancing and inspection done and found damage in bellow corner in two sides.

Rectification:-

Insulation opened from outside damaged area and 2no’s of 300x550x6mm, 2nos of 150x250x6mm
plate patch-up done in both outside area.
ESP PENT HOUSE:
Inspection:-
Pent house manhole opened and roof top insulation opened for inspection. Its casing plate welding
joint water leakage found and casing plate also found damaged in 3rd field master side insulator.
Its ESP FRP Shaft insulator found damaged in 2nd field master side.
Rectification:
Welding done in welding joint where water leakage found and 2nos of 300x200x6mm plate welding
done in 3rd field mater side insulator.2nd field master side FRP Shaft insulator newly changed.

ESP RAPPING SYSTEM:

Inspection:-
All rapping sys checking done. Its hypalon boot seal and clamps damaged in 1st, 2nd and 3rd fields with
GD rapping.

Rectification:-

Its 23nos of hypalon boot seal newly replaced, 30pic of pipe clamps replaced, all clamps tightened,
rapper shaft cleaned and sealed with M-seal.
ASH UNLOADER:
- Ash unloader body with DE and NDE screw newly replaced.
- It’s both side DE (22218 C3) and NDE (22217 KC3) bearings with plumber block newly replaced.
- It’s RVF both side bearings (UC-210) newly changed.
- New repaired gear box replaced with old one.
ASH SILO:
Silo bag filter checked and 20nos of bag filter replaced.
