In the twentieth of November, two thousand and eighteen, before me MARIKA GOGOLADZE,
notary office is located on the address: 183, David Agmashenebeli Ave, Tbilisi, personally
appeared: Madona Chkhaidze (born on 17.05.1976 in Tbilisi, registered and residing: N30
Lavrenti Ardaziani str, Tbilisi, P/N 01030010539, 15IC19130 issued on 25.06.2016 by the
Ministry of Justice) and Teimuraz Chkhaidze (born on 26.04.1954 in Lanchkhuti, registered and
residing: N30 Lavrenti Ardaziani str, Tbilisi, P/N 01010002293, #15ID24245 issued on 23.06.
2016 by the Ministry of Justice). They required to compose a power of attorney and to certify in
under notary law.

POWER OF ATTORNEY

We: Madona Chkhaidze and Teimuraz Chkhaidze grant authority to Nino Tsandishvili (born on
24.12.1981. P/N 01032002452, Passport: 10BB83459), in order to take our son -- Akaki
Chkhaidze (born on 16/06/2001 in Tbilisi, P/N 01024078088, passport 16AB93050 issued
07.07.2017) abroad, in Switzerland, in Geneva. Cross any cross-border, from November 26th,
2018 included December 1st, 2018 and to return back in Georgia.

This power of attorney was drawn up by notary of Tbilisi city MARIKA GOGOLADZE at our
request, who read it to us; we liked the document and signed on it.

I have checked the personality, capacity and will declaration of Madona Chkhaidze and
Teimuraz Chkhaidze and I have no ground for doubting either their personality or capacity. I
read the Power of Attorney to them and they personally signed the document in my presence.

Is paid notary service fee: 20 (twenty) GEL + VAT 3 GEL and 60 tetris + 2(two) Gel fee for
registration, totally 25 GEL and 60 tetris according to the duties for the notarial actions and to
the fees for the Chambers of Notaries, to the paying rules and service terms (N507, December
29, 2011) of the government of Georgia, to the Article 31 (VII), according to 52 (5) about
approving instruction of "implementation notary acts" order # 71 of the Minister of Justice of
Georgia, March 31, 2010, article 39 and 169 of Tax Code.
