sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and say:

1. That the land conveyed/transferred to ANTONIO V. SABIO with an area

of TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY (2,980) SQUARE METERS,
more or less covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-110946
pursuant to a document denominated as EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT
OF ESTATE OF PERLA V. CRUZ WITH WAIVER OF RIGHTS entered as
Doc. No. 185; Page No. 37; Book No. 03; Series of 2013 in the Notarial
Register of Notary Public ARNOLD C. ABEJARON is our retention area of
not more than five (5) hectares;

2. That this Affidavit is executed in compliance with DAR Administrative

Order No. _______ Series of ___________ as well as to show proof that
the land subject of the above-mentioned transaction is a retention area;
