SUB: Request for Modification of my Transfer Order . LVB/102.90/T/O/461/2019-20 DT.26.04.2019

Respected sir,

I , B.Balakrishna , Asst.manager,Staff no.4701 presently working in our peddapuram

branch(571).I have joined in our esteemed organization on 27.08.2011 as clerk at Ramachandrapuram
branch (Hyd region). I got promotion as officer and I was placed to Tanuku(746)branch on 27.12.2013.I
was Transferred to Kovvur(327) Branch on May-2017. At Kovvur Branch I worked for 8 months and again
got transfer to Peddapuram Branch(Newly Proposed) on 24.01.2018 which was opened on 15.02.2018.
At present I have completed 14months of service at peddapuram branch ,now again I am elevated as
Branch Head and received transfer to Palasa Branch.

With reference to the above Elevation as Branch head and transfer order to palasa Branch I would like
to express my difficulties to take charge as branch Head which is a major concern

 My Father Sri. B.Mohana Rao aged 64 years is Paralysis Patient(Left side)from the Past 10 years
and bedridden now , I am the only son and helpingHand to him .Frequently I have to take him
for Health Checkup to Hospitals at Kakinada and Visakhapatnam for every30-45 days and
quarterly basis to Hyderabad .My personal presence is very essential for his frequent diagnosis
under special condition on frequent basis .

 Recently I was blessed with boy child aged 18 months ,due to frequent changes from Tanuku to
kovvur,kovvur to peddapuram town,because of change of climatic conditions at these new
areas his Health also not well, and I am in continuous follow up with my Pediatric in my area for
his Treat ment.
Under such above circumstances I criticized myself and sincerely felt that i could not be able to
take charge as branch Head. Hence I request you to retain my position as second line officer at
peddapuram branch for 2years. I myself come forward and appeal for branch Head role after
resolving certain issues around me and take the charge as per requirement by our top
management.
I am anticipating your favourable consideration under genuine grounds
