ARDMORE CONTRACT AGREEMENT LETTER:

Attention: Mr. Kariveti Penchalaiah,


We are happy to inform you that, the entire Management of Ardmore Construction Ltd. London , UK - Hereby appoints you as ''COMPUTER
OPERATOR - GENERAL SERVICE DEPARTMENT"”.With 45 days joining notice. Please note that, you will be employed under the terms as
stated below.This letter will set out the terms and conditions of your employment.

1) AS AN EMPLOYEE:

You will have over all responsibility at your designated post and will report directly to the Board of Directors. You will also be expected to
devote full working time and attention to the business of this very Company and you will not render service to any other business without
the prior approval from the Board of Directors. As an employee, you will also be expected to comply and bound by the Management
policies,procedures and practices that are from time to time in full effect in accordance with the terms and conditions of your employment.

2) CASH COMPENSATION:

Your annual base salary from the commencement date will be £. 36,000 British Pounds per annum , payable at £. 3,000 British Pounds
per month. Salary will be paid in accordance with the Company ' s payroll practices as required by law. Please note that, following the Board of
Directors annual review of your work performance in the subsequent years of employment . The Board of Directors , at its own discretion will
determine employee's annual base salary increment and bonus compensation

3) COMPANY ALLOWANCES:

You will receive the below mentioned benefits apart from your basic salary which sums up your total CTC ,as per Ardmore Construction
Company's employment policy.

1. Working Hours: Morning 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm (Monday to Saturday)
2. Allowance: £. 400 British Pounds per month
3. Accommodation: Free
4. Feeding Allowance
5. Health Care: Free
6. No government tax deduction out of your salary.
7. Yearly Vacation: Six weeks vacation in one year
8. Contract Type: Full time
9. Contract Duration: 3 years.( EXTENDABLE AFTER 3 YEARS)
10. Employee can bring his/her immediate family to UK after full four(4) Months of his/her stay with Company

4) REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES:

The management will reimburse you in accordance with its policies all reasonable expenses actually and properly incurred by you in your
work visa procurement. E.g, Work Visa Registration fee, under this very agreement. For the reimbursement of your expenses, you will
provide the management with expenses statements and vouchers as and when required.
5) SERVICES:

You will devote your time, attention and ability to the business of this Company and will faithfully serve the Company and use your best
effort to promote its interests.

6) CONTRACT TERMINATION:

a) Termination without Cause. Either party may terminate this agreement without cause upon ninety (90 ) days prior written notice to the
other.
b) Termination for Cause . Either party may terminate this Agreement for cause if the other party materially or repeatedly defaults in the
performance of its obligations and has not cured such default within 30 days of receipt of a default notice specifying the default and the
intention to terminate

7) PLEASE NOTE:

This letter of Appointment is based on the information furnished by you in your resume for employment and the Ardmore Construction Ltd,
London , UK, reserved the right to cancel your appointment offer with our company if we found any discrepancies in your resume as
furnished by you. Kindly send the signed copy of this Appointment Contract Agreement Letter to the British High Commission at the British
Embassy - New Delhi , India. We hope to have a long successful professional relationship with you and wish you all the very best in your
future career.

The management of Ardmore Construction Ltd, London, can only offer foreign applicant(s) free air tickets, accommodation, feeding
allowance,airport allowance and other Company benefits as per Company's employment policy. The selected candidate will pay for his /
her Visa Registration Fee only. And any money that you spend in your work visa procurement in your country, will be refund back to you
as soon as you arrive here at Ardmore Construction Ltd, London, UK.

8) THE PAYMENT OF EMPLOYEE'S SALARY:

You shall receive your salary before 28th of every month. Your salary will be reviewed after a period of 6 months and thereafter every 12
months. You will be initially placed at Registered Head Office: 6, Wharf Studios, 28 Wharf Rd, Hoxton, London N1 7GR, UK, but your
services are transferable to any other offices of the company, in the United Kingdom or outside UK.

DECLARATION:
