Freedom and Responsibility

Responsibility
First of all, responsibility is a big word; its action is greater than its meaning. So, a person
responsible for something means that holding others fortune or future in his/her hand. So
conscience is the biggest part of the word responsibility.
Personal responsibilities like:
#studying (which means we are responsible for our future).
# Family: we are responsible for our families and their future. We have to take it seriously and
brighten the future of our children.
# Society: to be a good part of society means to be responsible for the development and
improvement of our society.
# Environment: to take care of even a meter of our land and environment makes us good
responsible persons.

 Freedom :
 The term “freedom” means many different things to people, for some it means doing
exactly as they want without thinking of other people.
To a person that lives in a country which is controlled by an oppressive regime it can mean not
living in fear. To a child it can be the freedom to choose what to eat or when to brash his teeth.
 Freedom cannot be separated from responsibility. With freedom comes responsibility. It
is common for many people to seek freedom while trying to avoid responsibility.
“Most people really do not want freedom because freedom involves responsibility and most
people are frightened of responsibility. – Sigmund Freud
“With freedom comes responsibility, if you want to experience more Freedom in your life, you
must take more responsibility for your choices”
6 STEPS TO BE RESPONSIBLE PERSON –
1. Admitting - First step is admitting, whenever you did something wrong stop making
excuses, you have to accept that what you have done is wrong. For example, if you fail in
the exam don’t say that happened because the teacher hates me. But because you did
not study enough.
2. Understanding - Understanding: we have to think about the wrong actions we have done
and should take lessons from them. Understanding prevents us from doing the same
wrong action and makes us to act with more responsibility.
3. Apologizing - Apologizing: apologizing is one of the features of responsibility, when we
did something wrong, and we admitted our fault an apology is required. So we have to
apologize and feel regret for our faults
4. Making Up –
5. Promising - Promising: Promising and doing what we have promised show that whether
we are responsible or not. So when we promise to someone we must fulfil our promise.
We should be careful when we promise and we should not try to fix all the problems in
the world.
6. Caring for Others Too - Caring for others make us to act more responsible, because when
