Searching for Information in Multiple BTS 10200 PDF Documents

To search for information in multiple Cisco BTS 10200 documents simultaneously, do the following:

Step 1 Go to the main BTS 10200 Documentation page:

Step 2 Click on the following categories of documentation, and download all of the desired PDF files into one
folder on your hard drive.
• General Information
• Reference Guide
• Design
• Install and Upgrade
• Configure
• Maintain and Operate
• Troubleshoot and Alerts

Tip Optionally, you can sort files on your hard drive into directories that support the type of searches you
want to do. For example, you can create one directory for each BTS 10200 release.

Step 3 Open the Adobe Reader application, and select the Edit -> Search menu item. Doing this, opens the
Search window.
Step 4 Enter the word or phrase that you are looking for in the What word or phrase you would like to search
for field.
Step 5 To search in the downloaded PDF files, select the All PDF Documents in radio button. In the drop-down
field appearing below the radio button, browse to the location of the folder where the PDF files are
stored.
Step 6 Choose any of the following check-boxes as per your requirement:
• Whole word only
• Case-sensitive
• Include Bookmarks
• Include Comments
Step 7 Click the Search push-button to start the search.

Note Cisco BTS 10200 documents are regularly updated for bug fixes and new features. Make sure that you
have download the latest version of the documents before you begin the search.
