User group- Ross and his friends went to europe for summer vacations after their
graduation

Speaking User scenario -1

Last summer, Mr Ross & his friends went europe for vacation & they faced problem
while communicating their messages over call. Especially while ordering food online,
helping the cab driver to navigate their location, dealing with customer services etc.
After a certain point of time, they used these services only when needed utmost
because it was taking a lot of time & also sometimes wrong interpretation at the other
end led to wrong order. And once they were on the outskirts area, his friend Rachel
needed a medical emergency & could not get an ambulance on time since lot of time
got wasted explaining him the address and other minute details over call.
And also they could not get the exact interpretation when a person at the other end is
multilingual & while speaking mixing two languages or so. Microsoft translator was
unable to translate both at the same time.

Reading User scenario -2

Commuting via public transport became a tedious task ( time consuming) because
most of the instructions, places, schedules were in their native language. On the top of
it, even if they were travelling via personal vehicles, it was difficult for them to read
road sign boards after every few miles. At times they wanted only particular
words/lines to be converted written on a board.
Secondly it was difficult for them to read the menu in restaurants & also reading the
details on packages while doing local shopping

Writing User scenario -2

Ross and his friends found it very frustrating to write each and every word to complete
a sentence. Sometimes in hurry they had a habit of using aberrations but they had to
rewrite because auto-suggestion feature was not there. For- ex they were suggested
lot of places to visit by their friends and relatives & at times it's difficult to recall the
exact name.

User Group-: People who are done with their basic training & but real challenge
comes when people start using it in real time, so they will be using microsoft
translator as & when they are facing difficulties.
Chandler has been transferred to europe for next 5 years on a project
Emily recently shifted to France for her higher studies

Pronunciati Though Emily has done her basic course but facing lot of issues while conversing in
on groups in her college with confidence when it comes to pronunciation. And she has to
be quick to look out for correct pronunciation & she prefer using microsoft translator
for that purpose but some of her pain points are yet to be solved. It’s difficult for her
to comprehend accent in computerised voice, secondly sometimes she just want to
focus on a particular word/ character to understand the pronunciation. Also while
shopping at times it becomes really difficult to pronounce the name of local shop
names & even the local products. Also, she finds it difficult to comprehend where to
stress in a particular word since there is no option to make adjustments to the speed.

Writing/spe Chandler being into work-space has to be very specific about grammar rules, but at
aking times it becomes frustrating for him because he also wants to know the reason why
particular sentence is written this way. For example, it will be convenient for him he
gets the gender too with a word since he is yet to get clarity in terms of gender when it
comes to objects. At times he also faces difficulty in drawing/ writing particular
characters.

Learning a Both of them realised the need of reading and listening to the same materials many
language times and words or sentences will eventually stay in our brain. They would like
is all about to keep a record of what they learnt new - so for that purpose may be some
repetition personal book - wherein they can copy paste words/sentence for their
reference . And later they can just use those two boxes as revision flashcards.Or
can listen to their recording simply while travelling or in the gym.

contextual Emily noticed that microsoft is unable to translate some Phrases or slang
conversion language correctly. This situation sometimes led them to translate several times
and even change the word so that sentence makes sense.
