APPLICATION FOR PROBATION

ABOVE NAMED ACCUSED, through counsel from the Public

Attorney’s Office, and unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully avers;

1 That, he is a Filipino citizen, of legal age, presently detained in

Malungon Police Station in connection with the above entitled case;

2. On 06 June 2019, the accused pleaded guilty to the crime charged

under 2nd Paragraph of Art. 250 of the Revised Penal Code. The accused
was re-arraigned and pleaded guilty and meted to suffer the penalty of
imprisonment of one (1) year of pricion correccional and a civil indemnity
of One Thousand Pesos (P1,000.00);

3. The herein accused possesses all the qualifications and none of the
disqualifications for probation;

4. Accused binds himself to submit for investigation before the Parole

and Probation Office and should his application for Probation be given

due course, he will start a new life and undertakes to strictly comply the
terms and conditions of his probation.

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed of this Honorable

Court that the herein Application for Probation be given due course.

Other relief, just and equitable under the premises are likewise
prayed for.
