Online Collaborative Learning Experiences Frustration

Questionnaire
(OCLEFQ)

The main objective of this study is to improve the quality of online collaborative learning
experiences in order to minimize the students' frustration and the consequences resulting
therefrom. The purpose of this instrument is to obtain information to estimate the magnitude of
the phenomenon of frustration when students participate in online collaborative learning
experiences, to get an idea of how they experience it and identify potential sources of frustration
that can affect the quality of these experiences.

The questionnaire consists of 37 items divided into 6 sections and their response will take
between 10 and 15 minutes. The survey will ask you for demographic information, experience
and attitude towards collaborative learning information as well as your perceptions regarding
your own frustrating collaborative learning experiences as a student.

You can choose to answer or not any questions or withdraw from the survey at any time. Please
answer honestly as this enables the results to be correct. All of your responses will be kept
confidential in any reporting of the research results.

12. From your experience as a student in the Master Education and E-learning, what factors
have contributed to the general nature and quality of your online collaborative learning
experiences and have generated frustration? The experiences of collaborative learning
developed and implemented successfully generated a long list of academic, social and
psychological benefits. However, the success of the collaboration is not always guaranteed, and
these experiences may also evoke negative emotions and create new challenges for motivation
when people experience a conflict with their characteristics, objectives and expectations.
