1. 轿架总装图（对重右置）
1. Car frame general assembly drawing( CWT on right side)

电缆挂架如上图安装，或逆时针旋转 90 安装在托架侧面槽钢上；
轿厢固定机构上图为对重右置，限速器位于 1,4 象限时的布置。
Cable support is shown as above, or contrarotated 90°and installed on the channel steel of side
support
Car fixation device, and above picture is CWT on right side, speed governor is on the 1 &4
quadrant.

2. 上梁总装图（对重右置）
轿顶轮底部的挡绳杆穿过上梁两根槽钢，共 2 只。
油杯通过固定在上梁上的 L 型支架安装，此支架同时起到挡绳杆作用。
Upper beam general assembly drawing (CWT on right)
The rope rod of car top sheave bottom cross 2 box iron of upper beam, total 2 pieces.
Install the oil cup by the L-type upper beam support, this support is also have the function of the
rope rod.

3. 轿顶护栏及相关标签
（1） 轿顶护栏与上梁安装的孔位间距为 A-666；
（2） 按下护栏斜板示意图，将 4 块斜板固定到轿顶护栏底部角钢和门机横杆之间（护栏螺
栓孔现场配打，横杆允许点焊） ；
（3） 靠近曳引驱动主机侧的护栏，必须装有曳引机护板，可以现场点焊；

（4） 标签粘贴要求：
 在承重梁前、后贴标签：“小心碰头，承重梁下方禁止站人”，共 2 张；
 在左右护栏的顶部角钢位置贴标签：“禁止跨越”，共 2 张；
 在控制柜柜门正、反面离地面约 1.5 米高位置，贴标签：“本电梯轿顶护栏距轿顶边缘
大于 0.15m”，共 2 张；
3. Car top guard rail tags
1) Distance between car top guard rail and upper beam installation hole is A-666
2) guard rail can’t board is shown as follow, install 4 oblique plate to car top guard rail bottom
angle steel and door operator cross bar (punch the bolt hole of guard rail on site, point welding of
cross bar is allowed)
3) Close traction machine side guard rail, the traction machine guard plate is necessary, point
welding is allowed at site;
4) stick the tag as required
 Stick the tag” mind your head, no standing under the beam” on front and rear side of
load-bearing beam, total 2 tags.
 Stick the tag”no crossing” on the top angle steel of left and right side of guard rail total 2
tags.
 Stick the tag”the distance from guard rail to edge of car top is 0.15m” on the front and rear
door of control cabinet 1.5m off the ground, total 2 tags.

4. 导轨支架

要求支架每端安装 3 只 M12 膨胀螺栓，每档支架共 6 只 M12 膨胀螺栓；

Please install 3 pieces M12 expansion bolt on each end of bracket, 6 pieces M12 expansion bolt

5. 主机承重梁安装
下图为对重左置

Bellow is CWT on left side

承重梁的工字钢靠近轿厢侧，槽钢靠近井道壁侧；
工字钢在对重绳头板位置开有缺口，此缺口防止对重绳头组合与工字钢干涉。
Support beam I-steel is near car side, channel steel is near hoistway side

There is a gap on the hitch plate of CWT on the I-steel, preventing the interference between rope
socket and I-steel.

减震垫：主机共 4 块减震垫
承重梁两端，各 3 块减震垫
承重梁两端的连接螺栓位置，各 6 块圆形减震垫
Anti-vibration pad: 4 piece anti-vibration pad for traction machine
3 Anti-vibration pad for 2 ends of support beam
6 round Anti-vibration pad for connecting bolt of 2 ends of support beam

此处必须安装防翻螺
栓，共 2 套。
Must install
anti-rollover bolt
here, totally 2 sets.

6. 轿厢侧绳头板、限速器支架、限速器安装

以下为限速器位于第 2 象限示意图

（1） 限速器是双向，机械也具有双向，顶部的 2 个开关必须朝向轿厢侧；

（2） 限速器方向标签需要工地自己贴，如果反了，请重贴；
（3） 铭牌必须朝向轿厢侧，如果反了，请拆下自行安装；
1. speed governor is bidirectional, also the machinery, switch on the top is towards to the side of
car.
2. please stick the direction tag of speed governor in the right way.
3. ensure the name plate is toward the side of car
