New Lesson
A. Prayer and Checking of Attendance
B. Motivation
There will be an activity entitled, “Catch My Breath“. The students will be grouped into 4.
They will be given a phrase or a sentence that they are going to prolong, the group
with the longest time to prolong the sentence/phrase will be declared as the
winner.
Sentence/Phrase:
1. I need air to stay alive.
2. Breathing is essential to everyone.
C. Lesson Proper
The teacher will ask the students in relation with the activity and new topic.
ACTIVITY
The students will be given another activity. The same groupings but different tasks to do. (See Appendix
1)
After they will do the activity and answer the following questions, they are going to present their output
to the class.
ANALYSIS
The teacher will check and clarify the outputs of the students.
ABSTRACTION
The teachers will ask HOT questions in relation to the topic discussed.
APPLICATION
With the same groupings, they will be having a role play. The teacher will give them a
situation in relation to the prevention, detection and treatment of the Diseases of the
Respiratory System.
IV. Evaluation
They will be having a quiz about the respiratory system. (See Appendix 2)
V. Assignment
The teachers should let the students read the next topic about circulatory system.
