Today, the music accompanies many moments of the daily life of people.
For example when we go to buy to the supermarket, train in the gym or
when we are with friends in a bar, there is music.
On the one hand, there are many scientific studies that say that the music
has benefits effects for our health, especially when We practise any sport
while listening to music. These studies shows that when one sportperson
does exercise while listening to music, is able to increase your perfomance
aproxymatelly a fifteen percent more than if he/she doesnt listent to
music.
On the other hand, there are scientists who question if listen to music
while we do any activity can have a positive effect or simply can be a
distraction.
This method is used by Elite athletes such as the famous tennis player
Rafael Nadal, or world cycling champions like Peter Sagan or Alejandro
Valverde, because they feel a bigger motivation when listen to music
during their trainings.

Why in the competitions like for example cyclisme, tennis, and others , I
haven't seen any sportperson that use headphones?
I am very lazy, and I don't have much money, what would you
recommend?
In this case, i would recommend you to do sport in the gym, because is
cheaper than cyclisme, and less intensity.
*Advices.
In my opinion , the best way to learn quickly a foreign language is travel
to a foreign Country. Because, we could learn a new culture, keep
conversations to Foreign people,etc.
I would advice that your friend, find a job, to earn money, and after use
this money like a investment to travel. Of this manner, he would can
improve his curriculum.
